Yes with out my permission i may be stupid but not a complete idiot i did not give my permission for the amounts taken from my account
All I can say is that you haven't yet managed to convince your bank that you did not agree to the payment.

I don't think you're helping 'Wealdroam' one bit. I've seen you pipe up with unhelpful comments throughout this forum and I think it is a little pathetic. So for everyone's sake, pipe down, we didn't ask for your opinion.0 -
The very helpful staff at Barclays have managed to secure a 50% refund and are supporting me in getting the rest back so thank you for your not so helpful comments wealdroam it appears you were incorrect in your assumptions0

Until someone can post a link to the webpage that they signed up to, I am sorry to say that I am not convinced that anyone here did not agree to an ongoing subscription scheme.

Just noticed the payments been taken, start of feb and now totals to 270 pounds !! Im with halifax bank, will be going there tomorrow first thing. To stop further payments, by just cancelling the card, might not stop the payments.
I've read that some banks are helpful and some make it a long process or are difficult, really hope I don't get more hassle now!0 -

All your posts are patronising to people who have fallen for this scam. Your comments are definitely not helpful in the slightest, otherwise I would not have commented.
You clearly have not fallen for the scam so why are you on here? We want to read peoples posts who are also victims of this to be able to compare experiences and get advice. We don't want advice from someone who will call us and tell us we're not doing things properly.
I 100% did not sign up to a monthly prescription and it does not say that in the T&C for the 90 day trial that most people agreed to. It states in the T&C, purchase terms for a 10 day and 14 day trial, but nothing for the 90 day trial. So please only post on here if you actually know what you are talking about.0
