Have i been scammed?? Raspberry Ketone Fresh

Hi I have just noticed they took £79.95 out of my bank act today after buying the trial paying postage only. They said the aloe Vera was gonna be charging tomorrow so was able to cancel the order and I can send that back...I will get no further charges for them. Unfortuantely as they took the money out the bank they would not allow me to send the raspberry ketone pills back but after lots of tears have agreed for a 50% refund. Absolutely devastated it took the last of my money in my bank act which was the food money for me and kids this week. I can't understand why they couldn't let me send the trial bottle back for full refund tho, any advice please?

Since you have now accepted their offer of a 50% refund, then no, there is simply nothing more you can do.

Too late now, but why didn't you insist on a full refund?

I was in tears and she said she could only offer me 50% as the money had already gone out! I was desperate for anything back....should I ring them back?

Well I've just rang them back to ask for full refund and they will only do 50% refund but said I can keep all the tablets to save shopping costs

I rang again and quoted the terms and conditions from their website and they have agreed to give me a full refund if I send both products back even tho they r opened (1 tablet missing from each bottle). Hooray!

I signed up for postage only free trial with slim body cleanse and ketone ultra ketone via a Facebook link. I'll admit to not reading the small print. Pills arrived and I thought nothing of it. Then I was checking my account a couple of weeks later and noticed they had taken two payments, £179 in total. I was horrified :eek:. I rang my bank's fraud helpline who put me through to disputes. That gave me contact numbers for both companies and told me they could not refund these payments but would stop any future debits should they arise.

I received a subscription cancellation email from Ultra Ketone after calling them but Slim Body proved much harder to contact. Eventually I received an email confirming cancellation. However, on 24.02.14 they took another payment of 89.66 and no more pills have arrived.
My bank will refund me this by tomorrow lunchtime but tell me that they cannot guarantee they won't take more. This means I've got yo spend time and money calling them each time. I feel such a fool Never again.

I'm so glad I just read this before going through with the purchase. It does say on the website I was on that the pills are free by rebate though? Anyone else see this?

Hi guys,
I too fell for this but thank goodness for my bank. They stopped the money going through but I am now left with a temporary block on my phone.
They do allow refunds (in their T&Cs) but NO cancellations due to high demand.

ANYONE NEEDING A REBATE FORM!!!!

I have it but due to being a new user I cannot post it due to spammers clogging up the site

Nope! Mine said it declined. I thought everything was fine until I got a call from my bank's fraud line this morning

They said to call 08081010948, get them to cancel the order and delete any records they have for me. They are American based, open Mon- Fri, 1p,-10pm (US time so -8GMT)

Do you think I can still get a refund even though I did not cancel within 14 day trial period? Even if I could get some of the £179 I have lost I would be grateful.
