Hi I stupidly ordered some on Friday thinking they only took out the postage I have tried emailing them this morning only to get one back saying it's invalid has any one contacted them recently??

To anyone who is worried that they havent recieved a confirmation email, mine was in my junk email if that helps.
Also i have contacted trading standards im just waiting for a response, and will update with any info.
I know i will eventually get my money back, and im lucky that i can afford to wait as there are so many people that cant! I really just want to pretty much destroy this company who clearly do not have a conscience!

Also their customer service number is 0800 4046960 not that they will be any help! They dont use an email address anymore, how convenient!

I fell for this last night! So angry! Rang my bank this morning and there is £153 pending! They cannot do anything until the transaction appears on my account.
I am currently trying to call the 0800 number to cancel my order, I'm on my third attempt already!
What can I do if I ordered these with my debit card? I need my money back! I get married in 2 months!!!

I also fell for this last night, I haven't slept at all thinking about it. As soon as I did it, I knew something was up, so googled it and came to this forum, only to realise it must be a scam and people were having up to £200 taken out of their account.
Straight away I contacted my bank last night and they said I said 2 payments pending, one at 1.99 and the other at 153.95, I was gutted! They said they can't do anything with the pending payments, they can only stop any future payments. They send to contact the company and see how far I get with them.
I have tried to ring one number and they said they have no record of my order So I tried to ring another number and was on hold for ages...still nothing! I am so worried! I can't lose £155.94!!
Has anyone contacted the 08004046960 number and got through?? Or has anyone actually got a refund yet??

My concern is if they do turn up, when I try and send them back...which address to send it to, so they will actually receive it, as reading dozens of threads on here say the addresses given do not even exist

I too fell for this at the weekend....called the bank to ensure no more money would be taken out but i have been advised to cancel my card just incase they try to obtain money using a different account.......

Anyway...after trying to contact the 0800 404 6960 for nearly two hours continuously i got through!!

The girl on the phone was VERY helpful.....didnt try to make me keep the products at all.... gave me my RMA number without any problems as well as the return address.....the West Lothian one that is on other posts.

I was informed i would be charged £10.00 for restocking AND can take 3-5 weeks.... but hey id rather take that as punishment for my silliness than loose £155 odds all in. fingers crossed that is that done and dusted!!!

Good luck everyone else and just keep trying that number!!

I have just spoken to them telling them I want a refund they said I have to send them back with a tracking number but I have seen ppl saying the address emergen exists please has anyone sent items back and have you got the address x

I can't believe I have fallen for this as well, I have rang the bank and they say there is nothing they can do as I have authorised it. What else can I do ???

filled in.my details ..then had this awful thought something isn't right ..checked my bank and had 2 payments £153.99 and £1.99 taken from my account. .phoned my bank straight away but was told contact the company asking for then to send a fax with all details to my bank..found a number got through straight away had a nightmare with the women on the phone said she would not contact my bank after abt 20 mins of me trying the explain that I only ordered this item and was paying £7.95 postage nothing else ..she finally said she would cancel order and my.money would be redunded within 2 days ..the number I used was 08004046960
