I rang NatWest and they have put a block on all future payments to this company but can do nothing about the pending £151. They said to ring or email the company to cancel the order. I am going to ring at 1pm when they open.

I have now called raspberry ketone fresh and go my RMA number. The lady (couldn't hear her name) says I will get £139 back (I paid £151) when I send the products to the return address. However, she also said the 30 day rebate thing is valid in the UK and if I chose that option I would get £149 back (and keep the products).

There is a £10 fee for returning the products, but I would rather lose the £10 than risk waiting 30 days and the rebate not working!

Now just to wait for the damn things to arrive!

I never click on these ads or believe these scams usually, don't know what I was thinking when I did it this morning!

Just to let you know, they sent out another batch and we got charged again. Wife has spoken to the bank (FD) and been told to call back later on. She was assured that they could not take any more money. Lets see what they say, but watch out. Tried calling the 0800 number and been on hold for 10 mins waiting to get thru. Will try again later. She is so upset that ~£400 now gone.

  • FD have been great, they have refunded the 2nd amount and are looking to recover the first amount. Some sort of VISA regs, are stopping them from giving a her a new card. These SCAMMERS (not FD) are going to keep trying until they bleed you dry. I have tried to cancel and not got thru to anyone, but this time we havent got the goods and they took the money. Hope this helps.

  • This scam of Raspberry ketone is still going on my wife saw the advert earlier this month for a sample pack for £2.95 also Cleansextrem for the sample pack price of £2.95. These rip off merchants have since taken £95 and £89 from our bank account.I am currently trying to retrieve this money although I'm not holding out much hope but I'll keep you informed. My advice to everybody DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
  • As I previously wrote - I got nothing back from the scammers other than a cancellation confirmation and I got one (£89) amount back from my bank, First Direct, after a very long conversation and with the advice that this was purely a goodwill gesture on their part! A better gesture would be to block payments to these rogues because my bank was fully aware that this scam has been going on for months:mad:
  • done the same as everyone £4,95 out of account and next day I see all these threads. Rang bank to change debit card to avoid any payments being taken, out of interest the £4,95 was taken out by a company called 'natural way', so blocking them won't stop them taking payments as i've read on here that they use sister companies to take money. Rather a few days inconvenience of no debit card than pay silly money, good luck everyone!

And changing the debit or credit card will not stop the payments.

Both Visa and Mastercard, and probably other payment processors too, have processes in place to allow payments to the underlying account should a card be cancelled.

God knows if they'll work but I just out of interest thought I'd get some. £13 with p & p included from Amazon and had a lot of reviews all seeing positive about the product, why don't people shop around?
  • I cannot believe it but this morning I fell for this scam too. I quickly realised it wasn't costing me only £4.99! I spoke to my bank and a payment of £153 is pending. This evening I spoke to someone on this number 08000 149645 and asked to cancel my order completely. She said she cancelled my account cancelling my initial order and any future payments. I thanked her and asked for a confirmation email of this but never got one so I called back and spoke to a guy this time. He started taking my name etc again and I told him I had just spoken to someone to cancel my account and had asked for confirmation email but hadn't got one so wanted to check that a) it had been cancelled and b) could I have confirmation of this. He said yes my account had been cancelled but they were unable to send confirmation email. So, I will just stalk my online banking for a few days and see what happens. My bank told me that they can at least block future payments from them so if they do get their hands on my £153 I will have to make sure the bank does this so that they don't get anymore of me. I'm so upset and annoyed with myself and just know I will never be so silly ever again! Here's hoping it has indeed been cancelled and that that is the end of it. These disgusting people should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!
  • i have just done the same and my bank have advised they are aware of it and i have to wait until the debit comes onto my statement. i will try and call the number below however i tried calling 08004046960 from the email but no answer at all.
