There are phone numbers in this thread.

    Start reading.

I cant believe this has happened to so many people!

It said it was reduced to £4.50 and it has taken £153.95 out of my account and apparently i have to wait 30 days and then fill out a rebate form to get the money back.

I dont want to have anything to do with this company now, its disgusting. I certainly wont be trying these tablets, if i cant send them back they're going down the toilet!! Im so upset that people do these things to each other!

If like me you still have the products call 08004046960 and ask to cancel your subscription ask for the RMA number? the RMA number is what you need to refund the money. The address you need to sent the products to is this address: Raspberry Keytone Fresh
    Attn:Fulfilment Centre
    RMA #
    PO Box 13511
    Linlithgow
    west Lothian

The address they want you to sent it back to doesn't exist! Send via special delivery as that way you can track and keep receipt as evidence. The frauds dept in your bank need that in order to get a refund if they don't. Call the with the tracking number. You have to wait 3-5weeks like I have. I have called them and they have received the package and ill issue me with a refund which will take upto 10 days.

I'm going to wait 10 days before going back to my bank as I have followed everything they have told me to do, and the bank can then help me out. I have kept evidence of all emails sent to them, packaging, pictures etc in order to get this refund.

Hope this helps you a little x
  • The above advert is exactly the one, i went through on the link and then they tricked me in to spending £150+. I spoke with 2 different people from the company and they were no help at all. I can either wait for the product to arrive and send it back and wait for a refund, or wait and get the rebate - if you get a refund you end up with less money than if you keep the product. Then he said that he could meet me half way and refund me £75 but i would get nothing else! So he can refund me half but not all of it!! Horrible people im going to contact trading standards and see where i stand.

Im at exactly the same stage. I called them on 19th Feb as that was the date I was initially quoted for my refund. The money wasn't in my account and so I queried it. The lady on the phone confirmed receipt and said she processed the refund for me there and then. I asked how I could evidence this and she gave me a 'transaction ID number' - ask for this so that you can give it to your bank if it needs to go further.
I too was told it would take 7-10 business days to go in to my account to and so will confirm on here once/if I have this by 5th March.
They only refund you £139 and charge £10 restocking fee.
    Further updates to follow...

I've phoned the number on the email. A guy answered didn't no what I was talking about, and then suddenly did, he said its in the small print about taking more money!!!!! He said I will get the products and can then send them back for a full refund, it's not looking good, only time will tell now! :-(

Did you ever get your money back? I've now done the same thing :(
