The most upsetting aspect of this whole farce is that people are still being scammed! It seems that they can't be stopped and all my bank (first direct) could advise was to report it to Action Fraud which doesn't appear to be very effective....
Everyone seems to be getting very different responses from both the company and their banks which is more understandable. I tried and failed to get a refund from the company and was told I couldn't return the unused products as it was outside the 14 day trial period. The bank was quite clear that as I had unknowingly accepted their terms then no fraud had taken place so they couldn't do anything.
Because I'd read so much on here about other banks refunding plus I challenged the fact that they were fully aware of this scam which has being going strong for some months by their own admission. I said I felt they could have done more to protect me, their loyal customer, and at that point the lady at the bank offered to refund half of what I'd had taken - £89. I accepted but now feel if I'd have pushed further I may have got both payments refunded... So I would advise that your banks have a duty of care to you to protect your funds if they have reason to suspect that wrong is being done, which ALL our banks have as they have been aware of this scam for months.
Good luck to all fellow victims:T0 -
I have also just been charged £150 even after calling the number, speaking to someone and cancelling my product, the money has still been taken from my account! I have just called again only for another guy to tell me that I didn't cancel and my account was still active. I have been promised confirmation emails but have still not received anything.. I am not sure what to do to get my money back and to ensure that I am not charged anything further!
Anyone got any advice for me please?0 -

Do they have an address on the website for refunds, have you read other posts on here if they mention about getting refunds.
Stop handing over your card details, if it sounds too good to be true then it is.0 -

Oh gosh, I so almost did the same thankfully I figured saving of over £170 couldnt be real!
I found the site through a facebook link that then put me onto a (Glamour) site with the link at the base of the page!
I hope this post will save others the trauma of falling for such sites0 -
I am a victim of the rasberry ketone fresh scam. Purchased mine about a week ago. It stated I was only to pay £4.95 and I had an awful feeling then that there was something really dodgy about that... When I checked my balance a couple of days later and seen how much money they've taken I nearly cried.. I paid by credit card so I have phoned my bank and spoken to the dispute team, they have given me a temporal refund and are going to investigate the transaction further by contacting the online retailer. I am worried that if they find out that the transaction was authorised they will take the refund back... I have not received an email with a rebate form from ketone fresh and really don't know what to do next. Any help on advice as to what to do next will be much appreciated.0

I stupidly ordered these back in mid-Jan but never took the time to read the T&Cs (stupid, I know) which are a real get out of jail card for this company.
It was just when I noticed a total of £175 had come out of my credit card that I panicked.
Phoned them immediately and spoke to an Asian? male who's English was not exactly great. He informed me that I should have read the small print etc but they would refund me £20 per product - £40.
I told him I wanted a full refund but that got me nowhere.
I have today written by way of recorded delivery a 3 page letter requesting they do something or I will take further action.
More research revealed that the Owner (CEO) is a Robert Bedford and he seems to own a few dozen other small companies - this has made me even more concerned that the whole thing is a bit of a con.
I've had confirmation by e.mail that the Raspberry is cancelled but still waiting on word re the Coffee. Their online cancellation service is useless as it does not recognise any details.
I looked back at the history folder in my Mac and the web page seems to have changed a bit - they probably do this on a regular basis. However, I was able to get and print the pages relating to my order
It is interesting that they have a Linlithgow address as I only live a few miles from there and as such I may take a drive down to see if anything exists there.
I will probably have to kiss goodbye to the money already deducted but I will endeavour to get this charged back by my credit card on a fraud basis as I did not specifically authorise any further payments apart from the initial P&P costs/
My main worry was further payments getting deducted but I have warned them about this on my e.mails. I am checking my credit card daily.
I may also take this up with Advertising Standards Authority as their online Ads are mis-leading - they use the word Free Trial when in fact it is not free.
I've also realised their supposed media articles appear to be fake and I wonder if the likes of Dawn French and Caroline Quinten are aware they are linked to this.
As a last resort there is always BBC Watchdog, Rogue Traders or Rip-Off Britain - they would all have a field day on this.
I'll try to post any developments0 -

It is spelt out in those T&Cs you mention:I stupidly ordered these back in mid-Jan but never took the time to read the T&Cs (stupid, I know)...0 -
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I stupidly clicked on a link through facebook. I thought 'it's only £4.95, might as well give it a go". When I clicked to order, my card was declined as there wasn't enough money in my account. I wondered why, then saw that it was £153 they were taking. What??? I couldn't understand this, but was thankful the card was declined, and vowed never to be conned into anything so stupid again.
This was on the 22nd January... Then on the 3rd February I noticed that £153 was pending to go from my account, I didn't have a clue what it was. When I phoned the bank they informed me it was raspberry ketone fresh.... or should I say 'healthizone.
I told them that I did not place this order and that my card was declined on the 22nd January. They informed me that they can see from their end that the company had re-ordered the product automatically and were waiting for the money to go into my account, and they couldn't do anything.
I phoned the company on 080004046960. The customer service is discusting. I spoke to Amy who said that she would look into this and call me back. I never heard anything, so I called them back. Amy informed me that they cannot under any circumstances re-order on my behalf when the card had been declined and basically called me a liar. I told Amy that my bank had confirmed I did not order them again, and it was automatic from their company, she laughed at me. I asked for a supervisor, and got put through to Sarah who was twice as rude, basically called me a liar and hung up on me.
I called again, and asked for a manager, Sean was his name. Not one person I spoke to had any customer service service, they all said I was lying and Sean told me an IP address for Doncaster (Which was not mine) of when and where I ordered the products on the 3rd February. he wasn't accepting that both myself and my bank said I didn't re-order the items...(I mean why would I repeat something that I had already been scammed on). Sean put the phone down on me twice, and I called back, I told him I would take this further and contact the police and let social networking sites know all about this scam. He called me on my mobile being very nice. He promised me that if I sent the products straight back, he would give me a FULL refund and even pay the cost of return postage which cost me £6.95. He told me to contact him direct when I had a tracker number. I called back 10th February and was told he was busy, the lady on the phone said she will do what Sean had promised. When she confirmed that she was refunding the amount less the re-stockling fee, I told her Sean had promised a FULL refund and I would like to speak to him. She said he was busy and I would not get a full refund and she was going ahead and doing the refund now for me. I told her absolutely not to do the refund and I would like to hold for Sean. I got passed through to Seans answerphone, I left a message but didn't hear anything, so after 2 hours I called him back. Sean told me that I would only get £140 and he denied stating that I would get a full refund. He told me I was only losing out on £10. That's £13.95 plus the £6.95 returns postage, which when everything considered I didn't order the products a second time in the first place, I was very annoyed.
I was fighting a losing battle with the company, Sean is apparently the customer services manager. I agreed to the £140 and told him that I would be taking this further.
There is no customer service at all with this company, it is an internet scam that leads you to believe you are paying £4.95 then £153 comes out of your account. the team speaks over you and does not listen to what you have to say, Sean even told me to stop yelling at him at one point, which I was not. I will be taking this further and finding out what we can do about internet scams like this. I have since asked the bank to cancel anything from this company ever again.
Please just do not click on the link and be scammed.0
