Hey Rosieline how did you get your rma number..
i was told this was my order number!!0 -
Going through the same with my daughter at the moment. Noticed today that the terms that are quoted by mel25h are from the initial advert page. Once you get to the product page where you enter payment details the terms are different from 8 onwards saying this is for a one time purchase.
Point 9 below says "please see terms on specific product page ... If the terms on the specific product page do not specify an auto-subscription membership then you will be charged only one time for the product you selected ..."
Not sure if this is helpful but thought i would mention it.
I still reckon that you get somehow auto subscribed.
My daughter has also had 2 payments taken. £1.99 and £153.95. Waiting to hear from bank what the disputed £1.99 is allegedly for as it cannot be postage as postage was included in £153.95.
This is just crazyThese are the purchase terms copied from the T&C:-
8. 14 Day and 10 day Trial Terms:
Prices for shipping and merchandise vary by product. Please see specific details in the terms located on the individual product pages. By ordering a trial you will be sent a 30 day supply of the product and charged only for shipping ($1.95 - $9.95 depending on product). If you feel the product is not for you, cancel within 14 days from the order date if you purchased a 14 day trial, or within 10 days if you purchased a 10 day trial, to avoid the full purchase price ($49.95 - $169.99 depending on product) and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you a month supply every 30 days and charges the same purchase price (shipping is free for all auto-ship orders). To cancel anytime simply call 0800-909-8002 to receive an RMA and return any unused portion to us within 30 days. Any charges will appear as Raspberry Ketone Fresh on your credit card statement.
9. Purchase Terms (i.e. Non-trial terms):
Prices for shipping and merchandise vary by product. Please see specific details in the terms located on the individual product pages. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days via first class mail (shipping and handling is free). If the terms on the specific product page do not specify an auto-subscription membership then you will be charged only one time for the product you selected. Otherwise, by ordering today you'll receive a new 1 month supply of the product purchased each month after your initial supply from today's order is exhausted. For example, if you order a 3 month supply today you will receive 3 bottles within a few days, and then automatically receive 1 bottle on month 4, and 1 bottle every 30 days thereafter. Future shipments will conveniently be charged at the same discount rate you received today (which is $48 for 1 bottle) to the card you provide today unless you call to cancel. To cancel anytime simply call 0800-909-8002. Any charges will appear as Raspberry Ketone Fresh on your credit card statement.
As you can see, nothing about a 90 day trial. It also says here to avoid on-going payment, phone up and cancel. I am pretty sure every person on here will have contacted and cancelled, yet they are still taking payments.0 -

I hate to admit it...I got caught out Saturday night after lovely meal out with hubby. I blame the wine for lack of usual cynicism with these scams. Too busy thinking how I wanted to lose the extra weight like Jennifer Ellison? (think that's the celeb the supposed Glamour mag article was covering) - turns out that was a complete load of tosh too. Anyway at no point when you're going through the order process does it make it clear in any shape or form that you're agreeing to pay £153 + £1.99 and will have to wait for a month to get money back. I saw the ad through Facebook and since searching the internet high and low for any further info on this, I am shocked how many of us have been fooled. I am a fairly switched on, money conscience, common sense kind of bird soo really annoyed with myself. I am however NOT going to let them get away without paying me back. I literally rang endlessly Monday till the picked up the phone. Something I must share is that firstly I rang the 0800 404 6960 number endlessly, which I felt was being controlled - it would either ring and ring then be put on answerphone or just ended or sounded like it was being redirected. Anyway...I thought I'd ring the US no. 0800 909 8096. A lady picked up. Said they didn't keep the UK order details there even though they get dispatched from there? So tried UK again....endlessly...nothing. Rang US again to let them know couldn't get through. Asked how many work in UK office etc....she couldn't say. Rang and rang....I was really determined to really annoy them with constant ringing!!! Eventually an American chap answered the UK number? Said how could he help, that they were taking the UK calls over there now and yes they could actually access our data there. I managed to get a RMA number which was my order number with 10 numbers following. He also gave me support@rasperryketone.com. One of the earlier ladies gave me 183.customerservice@gmail.com. Just waiting to see if parcel turns up. If I get nowhere with yhis Halifax said Visa Debit Dispute Team will dispute transaction. What a blinkin nightmare for all us gullible people. I'm half temped to take my parcel to West Lothian myself and get to the person picking up mail from mailbox. In meantime please everyone keep us ones further down the line informed to any further outcomes. Remember....try to keep smiling. What goes around comes around....0

I believe you might be mistaken on that point.
Did you see this just before paying:
The yellow banner line on that image says "90 day supply price after rebate: £4.95".
Note the words "after rebate".
So you should've expected £153.95 to be taken from your card and £149.00 to be refunded when you later claimed your rebate.
OK, no mention of the £1.99 there, but it is common practice for sellers to reserve a token amount to check the account is valid, but that is never actually taken.0 -
Where does it say that the rebate is after 30 days? And even after that time is up it's highly unlikely anyone is going to see their money for a further 2-3 ws. I thought the rebate would be applied on application, cos who would charge a clearly obviously inflated price of £153 for a bottle of 90 pills.....no point trying to split hairs wealdroam. The whole thing is obviously extremely misleading or it wouldn't be so successful in duping people. It is indeed a lesson learned by all involved. Next time you're walking and you trip over something and hurt yourself, I hope someone doesn't say to you....stupid you...didn't you see that tripping hazard, you should have been looking better.....
My pot arrived today so am going to send back tracked with RMA number on front to the Linlithgow address. Post office today confirmed that parcels can be sent back special delivery tracked with delivery confirmed to PO boxes. Lady from office said a refund of £139 would be given between 3-5 wks max.....so lets wait and see.
Oh and lady I spoke to in the US office said the £1.99 is for the insurance for sending overseas. I had a copy of the insurance with my order confirmation email.0 -
Hi all
Just to update you on my situation, I called them yesterday as I sent my goods back 5 weeks ago (and they said it would take 3-5 weeks to process returns) and they found this on the system and it has been processed therefore I should receive my refund (of about £139 of the 154 that has gone from my account) in 5-10 days.
You must obtain an RMA number when returning and when you call they ask for your tracking number with Royal Mail. Will let you know in the next few days if I receive my refund. I also asked them to confirm that I was not signed up to an ongoing subscription.
Also when I call them it is at around 8pm and I seem to get straight through at this time.0 -

You made a statement that was wrong:Anyway at no point when you're going through the order process does it make it clear in any shape or form that you're agreeing to pay £153 + £1.99...Where does it say that the rebate is after 30 days?
The answer to that question is also plain to see, but I'll leave you to find it.0 -
Hello, so I unfortunately fell for this late yesterday evening and noticed around £150 was missing, and when I tried to contact the number provided to me on the confirmation email (08004046960) their helpline was closed, so I went to my bank this morning and they told me there was nothing they could do until the transaction was processed and the money had left my account. I rang the number again today and got through within minutes. I explained I was unaware of the costs and that I would like to cancel the transaction, to which they said they couldn't as the product has already been shipped. I was given an RMA number (my order confirmation with a further 10 digits) and was told to send the product back with recorded delivery, so here's hoping I get the money back! I took down the name of the lady on the phone, she did seem very genuine and understanding about the situation, and said that I would receive a refund within 30 days, all I can do is wait.0
