Well, an update. I received the stuff. I also spoke to my bank (First Direct) who were WELL AWARE of this company and the techniques they use, and were more than happy to refund my account and dispute the payment. The company have 30 days to dispute this back. The lady said just her alone receives about 3 calls about this per day. I don't care about what Wealdroam has pointed out, as the website is obviously very misleading, otherwise there wouldn't be this amount of people getting scammed by them, and banks wouldn't be so happy to take action. Also, there is no one yet who has confirmed they've had a rebate from this scamming company.0

I was only reacting to your statement that you were not told about the £150-odd you were to pay.
If you still deny that, then that's fine.0 -
Blimey this isn't confusing, what so ever.
My partner has just fallen for this, and I'm now left to try and sort it out!
She received a confirmation email saying she ordered the 90 day supply, and it has a telephone number at the top of the email '0-800-404-6960' which I've been trying all day today (off work with the flu!) but no-one has answered.
On the bottom of the mail there is a link that goes to a mail-in rebate form, which says it will be activate 30 days after the order date.
And low and behold our account has been charged for £153.95 from someone called Nutramega, and £1.95 from ketone something or other.
She order this on Saturday and we actually got a package today, with 1 bottle of pills in (which I've told her to not even bloody look at, considering the cost £150 !!!!!!).
There are two addresses on the package.
The first one says, if undeliverable return to:
Po Box 7574, Milton Keynes, MK11 9GQ.
And the other says, return to:
World Fulfillment Services Ltd, 40 Tanners Drive, Milton Keynes, MK14 5BN.
So my main question is, as I can't get through to any other the telephone numbers, what are my options?
From others responses about getting an RMA number, I'm reluctant to just send it back, but if I can't get through on the telephone what am I to do?
Is it worth the risk of waiting for the 30 days to be up, and then try to mail-in rebate link?
But if it doesn't work, I'm a bit stuffed as the 30 days return period will be up.
They're clever sods this lot aren't they!
Any advice is appreciated.0 -

Keep trying the phone number.
They don't get up very early in the US of A.0 -
Blimey! Just missed a call back from the number I've been trying all day, I managed to leave a voice message about an hour ago.
I've been given an RMA, and told to send the item back to the West Lothian address via recorded delivery, and I'll receive a refund within 3-5 weeks of...........
£135 .... because of a restocking fee.
If I wasn't so full of cold I'd pursue this further, but I'm going to give my partner a nice little talking to when she gets home from work later, and then send this package back via recorded delivery.
!!!!!! .... the things I do.0 -
My daughter has been caught out with this supposedly free trial and had £248.00 taken from her account. Like Martin said he was unable to get through to the UK number but I have managed to get through on the American number so here it is for anyone who wants to try 001 888 800 1183 to get your authorisation code. They then give you a Scottish address to return the pills to
We are going to try this way and will let you know what happens
Lloyds Bank were no help at all and said " this is a hard lesson Learnt" . The banks should do more to help in these situations as they have all the details for the payments taken and where they have gone to. Facebook should also be looking at how they can help people in these situations as again this another way of getting money very quick through social media.

I have also fallen for this scam, through Facebook via Glamour Magazine. I cancelled my credit card straight away so only one payment could be taken. I feel soo stupid for even falling for this. I've never done anything like this before but it all sounded so good. I did get this on my credit card so hoping to speak to the back later. I have received 1 tub of capsules...yet it said 3! I see a lot of you have been trying to get your money back etc which I would like to do but also on the other I don't actually want any further contact with them and I'm to scared to actually give them any further card details as worried they will keep.
Has anyone succeeded on getting here money back fully?
Has anyone tried these capsule before from else where are they actually any good like they are. Add out to be?
I feel a total idiot and have got myself worked up so much about this whole thing, it's nice to know though I'm. To the only one!
You would like think Glamour Magazine would help put more in this situation.0 -
It isn't actually glamour magazine. If you look at the advert, it says glamour woman magazine which is a fake magazine as it doesn't exist. I have done so much research, including emailing every single company logo you see on the ad, including the BBC, the woman 'Allison Freeman' who has supposedly written the article and all the security logos on the page as you go through to pay and everyone has emailed back saying they have nothing to do with this website and they'll try to get it off. You will also notice, on the advert you will have seen (Jennifer Ellison) which shows it is an article from 'glamour woman' magazine, EVERY link on the advert takes you to the raspberry ketone fresh purchase page. This ad is clearly a scam, and the purchase terms are hugely misleading0

The 0800 404 6960 add 141 0800 etc you get through first time.
After 24 hours of trying to sort this out - on the 3rd call to my bank I said I agreed to £4.99 on my card but did not authorise £153.95 & £1.99 that they took off my card; before purchasing I did actually read T&C's incase but there was no mention of these extra monies - they have said as payment is in pending state they will recall my money ASAP and should be back in my account within 24 hours.
I had managed to contact the company using the above 141 0800 number I asked status of order - shipped; I said I wanted an RMA number and address to send item back to which is eh** 9at I think - and asked when I would get my refund within 30 days of my items being returned to the warehouse; which of course will be sent signed for.
This has been a horrible day; this scam dates back to last year first I have heard of; this needs more awareness.

Liver bird, welcome to the forums.
If you have another read of post #327, you will see that you should really have expected £153.95 to be taken from your card account.
OK, it may not be in the T&Cs, but it is on the same webpage where you are asked for your card details.0
