Just rang them & wanted to update you! Last time I rang them I requested they refund directly to my credit card instead of sending a cheque - which obviously kept getting "lost in the post". they said they couldn't do this. I just rang and they said the money HAD indeed been refunded directly to my credit card. I checked my car online and it HAS. I would really encourage you to KEEP HASSLING this company. And obviously spread the word online that no one should ever buy from them unless they want 4 months of stress!0

I too ordered these pills back in December last year and got charged over £150.I tried to cancel, sent emails and eventually got rma number.I found this thread in January and been following it since.I decided to go through with the rebate and after 30 days printed out my form and sent via recorded delivery to usa.I have waited for the time they stated in the confirmation email I got from them (think it was 40days) and since I haven't heard anything I started phoning them.I have been told the usual - sorry for the delay,we're very busy, give us another couple of weeks, your rebate is being processed etc.- which to me isn't good enough.they were quick enough to take the money out of my account.I just phoned them again there, stated it has been over 6 weeks after the time they have said it would take and asked for the money to be refunded on to my card.I've been told the request has been put through right there and then and that it would take 2-3 weeks for the money to come through.was told to phone back next week to check its going through, don't really understand why I have to do that but I'll keep phoning them until I get my money back.hopefully I'm getting somewhere with this,I have been waiting for ages but am not prepared to give up,I want my money back.0

I don't know why I fell for this I blame being ill, any way I look at it I shouldn't have bought this product.
After I bought this I realised that 150 pound was taken from my bank. I found a Uk number 08004046960 they only have people answering phones from 1pm till 11pm they send the orders out before 1pm so unless you put the order in between these hours and can get through to someone with in the hour they will say it's already been sent out.
It took me a few goes to get through but when I did, they were polite enough, I didn't say anything about being scammed I just asked if I could send the item back once I received it. They give me a RMA I think that was the name of the number. They told me to ring back up with a tracking number once I had sent it.
They told me that I could only get back £139 due to a re-stocking fee. They told me I could claim the money back in a rebate but after reading some replys on here I didn't want to take that chance.
Once I called back up and give them my tracking number they told me I would have a refund of £139 by the 28th of April (which was about 6 weeks away)
So today 3 days after they said I would receive my refund I still had not received my money back, they said they had received my item and they have officially sent my money to me. I should have the money back in the next two days.
I have seen that people have gotten their money back (well most of it). My advice in general ... Don't shout or start an argument with the people answering the phones, the ad may be misleading but it does say about a rebate in 30 days, these people are far more likely to be helpful and understanding if your polite, make sure you get a return number and their return address in on their website Raspberryketonesfresh under terms and conditions I believe it's number point 13.
It looks like they don't return the money without a push so don't wait like I did, give them a ring a week later asking if they received the item yet you may just get your money back a little quicker.
I really hope this helps, best of luck to you in getting your money back.0 -
I bought the Raspberry Ketones back at the end of March.
I know the site looked dubious, but sometimes I don't mind doing these 'deals' if I know I can cancel a subscription.
I thought I had looked hard at the site, but really did not think it was clear that £150 would be charged.
At the time I ordered I took a picture of a screen on my mobile which mentions being able to get a refund and also giving the customer phone number....just in case!
I received the pills and then genuinely forgot to check my card statement. I stumbled across it yesterday and was annoyed to see that £150 had in fact been taken....damn. I'm annoyed that this wasn't clearer on the website.
I called the customer line and did actually get through after 5 or so minutes.
I spoke to 'charming' girl and advised that I had been charged £150 and that I did not think this was clear. She advised you can claim it back via the rebate form - which I hadn't had. She said most people understand what a 'rebate' means!! I commented that I assume they have had lots of complaints - 'not at all most people who order understand the website and how it works' - nice insult to my intelligence there! I asked if she could re-send the rebate form and she curtly said she would and then said goodbye.
And I thought Americans loved customer service!? I didn't even get 'have a good day now'.
Hopefully I'll receive the rebate form and go from there.
Fingers crossed!0 -
Just a quick update.
I received my money back today, yaaay. I went with the rebate, see my post number 414. After a few more phone calls and various excuses I got the money back into my account.I just checked my statement and was actually shocked to see it there.Got the total of £154.33 back.My advice to anybody going through this would be keep phoning them.I found the best time to get through to them was around 8pm and don't let them fob you off.
Good luck everybody, hope you all get your money back too.0 -
rubyrose26 wrote: »Hi all,
Thought I would share my experience... I too fell for this scam at the end of February.
I contacted my bank ASAP and there was nothing they could do regarding the £153 but they did stop my card in order to prevent any future payments from being taken.
I then used the number provided on my bank statement with the transaction to contact the company (as the original customer service number hardly ever works, and sometimes as the company trades under three names, they have no record of your order).
The number i got through on was 08081890509.
When you have received your products, call this number and ask for an RMA number.. this is your order number followed by 10 other digits.
Go back to the site that you bought the goods form and print the terms and conditions.
Return the goods via recorded delivery with Royal Mail to the address stated on the Terms and Conditions. (NOT the address they came from).
This is:
Raspberry Ketone Fresh
Attn: Fulfillment Center
RMA # (initial order #)
PO Box 13587
Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 9AT, UK
If you send first class it should be delivered the following day, call the company again to see if they have received the goods and ask them to process your refund.
They will tell you it takes 3-5 weeks, + 7 to 10 days, and you will only receive 139 due to restocking fees etc.
Contact the company again after 4 weeks to see if the refund has been processed. If not ask them over the phone if they can process it now.
The transaction should then process in a week, and once processed will take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
When you call to check where it has been processed, if they say it has then take a transaction number that you can give the bank should it not appear in your account.
Don't forget:
Cancel your card
Do the refund not the rebate
Check terms and condtions for correct address
And chase company to ensure refund.
Hope it all works out ok, I know how frustrating it can be!
I've received my money back guys!! Follow what I did and you will receive it back within in 5 weeks0 -

I too fell for the scam at the end of march I realised immediately and rang the bank first thing to see if they could do anything which they advised to follow exactly what they said and then come to them if all this failed . I rang the 0800 404 6960 number approx 1pm the day after and got my ram - I kicked off at the advisor but they just quoted they'd done nothing wrong but if I returned it within 30 dates I would get approx 138 refund - make sure you send the package back to the west Lothian address tracked as you'll need the tracking no - they said it will take about 6 weeks - it's the 7th week today with no refund so looking at the posts again a number of posters had said to ring them with the tracking no and they will say it'll credit in 7-10 data and ask for the transaction I'd - which they gave me straight away so fingers crossed !! It's really easy to get scammed don't best yourself up it happens all too often but we need the government to take notice and stop these companies from frauding uk citizens0

Interesting that a retailer number once used by this merchant is the same as the one that I found on my account for a fraudulent transaction in Florida (2524635).
https://www.google.co.uk/#q=retailer+number+2524635
This transaction was listed as Tickets. Something pretty much everybody buys in Florida, so easy to miss. Except we didn't pay for any tickets on this card. Another £1100 worth of fraudulent transactions were allowed before the card was stopped.0
