  • Florenceem, so glad now i was tempted enough by your phtos to make it DH and i both thought it was delish with the soup last night.
he said he hopes that will be a regular accompaniment, i said it will as long as the boys are having early tea that involves me putting the oven on for, still got a couple of pieces left.

    todays plan is
    jacket pots for lunchtime
ad tonight ive got enough lo mash and cooked cabbage left to make potato fritters.

  • Ok so not the veggie I thought I would have.

I went and did a small shop and got some mince reduced, so made a cottage pie with kale in the mince and a carrot and potato topping, I had it with the leftover burrito mix. 3 portions left.

Nothing in or out the freezer.

For dinner we had stir fry - Mr F had got Pork instead of Gammon out of the freezer but it was yummy.
