Kirri looks good, I saw on a program of you put the pastry cut and in the tin prior to baking in the fridge it stops the pastry from shrinking, anyone tried it?
I'm really pleased with myself, I weighed myself after 2weeks and have lost 7lbs, must be the 6 mile walk lol.
Chicken in the fridge marinaded from last night, Just went and got a bag of mixed leaves from Mr w for 29p ys, will have that for lunch tomorrow, 9 chicken drumsticks for 1.99 in mr w at the moment that's minimum of 4 meals there, the leg is my fave bit. Also going to do roast potatoes that I see ina do on tv, I will roast 2 but only eat the one in garlic and herb with a bit of oil, yesterday I also got 2 packs of ys baby carrots and green beans, so I'm having those too. It was cheaper to buy 2 packs than the one.
Since there is free milk knocking about for the week, I'm back to using up the porridge from cupboard and the sultanas.
Hope everyone is well.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Nice presentation Soworried!
MNR - didn't know that about the shrinkage, I never even rest my pastry in the fridge either as it just makes it hard work to roll out!
Well done on the weight loss - there was some guy into extreme walking on Countryfile tonight, only took him 10 weeks to walk the whole of the UK..
I'm on a roll with the cooking this weekend, did the split pea dip and bread with linseed/sunflower seed/pumpkin seed today. (WP - this is what 100g of split peas measures out to once cooked).
Dinner was veg box watercress, one of yesterday's HM veggie pies, some split pea dip and bread.

In to freezer - 2 tubs of LO Shepherd's Pie + tub of mashed Potatoes.
Out of freezer - Chicken Breast + bacon.
Used LO casserole to make a LO Shepherd's Pie. I mixed in a tin of baked beans plus some mixed veggies. Flavoured it with garlic granules + jerk seasoning. Plenty of potatoes in stock for topping - some mash left over too. Two helpings of Shepherd's Pie going in the freezer.
So we had the LO Shepherd's Pie with carrots and cabbage + gravy for dinner.
