No pic tonight, I was too hungry to bother!
I had a veg box delivery and kept to my plan by using half the last courgette in the fridge, then added mushrooms and fennel from the veg box and did a risotto with lots of garlic (still using the BB2010 paella rice, only 2 portions left and I can buy some new proper risotto rice!). Will have the same tomorrow so the courgette is used.
Had a pitta from the freezer with WF cashew butter for lunch.mrs-moneypenny wrote: »used up the last of a box of quorn fishless fingers, they taste ok but are quite hard. ive tried grill, fry and oven and none are more successful than the others. had them with jacket pot and beans.
I liked them when I had them though haven't had any Quorn etc for over a year now. Have you tried these ones as an alternative? They are softer (sold in H&Barrett in the fridge).

Morning all.
Last night I had the last of the wf Brown rice with chicken breast fillets from the freezer and the last bit of red kale and carrot, going to have a early lunch of the last pitta and the last bit of chicken with lettuce and cucumber for lunch.
Dinner might just be noodles. Going to be out working for the rest of the day.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Very slow movements outwards at the moment - took a leg of lamb out 2 days ago and still eating that. However, I have a vast surplus of eggs at the moment so instead of throwing them away I've decided to make cakes and freeze them: made 18 so far and used 72 eggs. I have about another 150 - 170 eggs to go.
If anyone has any ideas of different ways of using a large amount of egg in one go - please let me know0 -
