The badger looks yummy flo.
2nd meal from the chicken, lunch,breast meat in a pitta with lettuce, cucumber and a tsp of mayo.
Dinner will be leg and thigh with rice and spring greens.
Will pick meat of carcass tonight and pop carcass in sc to make some stock.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Nothing in ours but quite a bit out

and corned beef

using up some veggie burgers and last of the stilton from the freezer for our meal later and DS2 is having a couple of pizza baguettes and some chips he fell asleep when he got in form school so its a sort of late tea/supper for him.SPC~12 ot 124

We had LO PIB + HM wedges + carrots, sprouts, leek for dinner.
I also made an apple crumble.

Was being really frugal using up all sorts from the fridge/freezer etc, not ordering from Ocado to save £ and only buying emergency buys then I went in Wholefoods for a few essentials and came out £30 lighter :eek: the nut butter machine was working again but no cashews in it, they'd replaced that slot with pistachios
