  • Wp that 6 miles kind of done me in, the next day I was on a 2 mile walk when I felt something at the back of my knee pop! Boy was I in pain, then my grandma suggested I put olbas oil on my knee at night, yesterday it was 80% better today no pain at all, its like a miracle! Did a mile yesterday, resting today.

    back on topic, clementines for lunch, veggie stir fry for lunch with chilli boodles, all from the freezer, dinner will be leftover beef and rice from the freezer.

    I know its ages away and it feels like it was ages ago since last pay day. Ah well plenty of food in freezer and cupboards, will just need to get milk between now and end of month, car has almost a full tank and I car share so I shouldn't need to fill up. Probably a silly question but what does "DH" mean?

    DH = dear or darling husband
    DS = dear or darling son
    DD = dear or darling daughter
    OH = other half

    you should be able to work the rest out once youve realised they usually relate to family members to save naming them on here.
    for example my girls are DD1 DD2 and DD3 and the boys are DS1 and DS2

    did jacket pots with a tin of beans from the cupboard for dinner, probably be veggie burgers from the freezer for tea.
    run out of milk so need to fetch some of that
