Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Dinner tonight - did have jacket potato with sweetcorn and peas AND used up the last of the watercress. Quite liked the Waitrose organic frozen peas/sweetcorn, quite sweet.
Just the sprouts to finish off from the fridge tomorrow. Trying to think what to have with them... maybe a nut cutlet.

Mr F got the batteries.
Kirri - I could just eat that jacket potato. Looks so scrumptious!
OUT: 5x pizza slices.
IN: Nothing
For brunch I made use of some ripe YS bananas to fry off in a little butter and sugar () and pile over some YS pancakes with dobs of chocolate nut spread and YS single cream drizzled over. OH the calories and fat!
I got such a kick out of the fact I got the bag of bananas, pancakes and 600ml of single cream all @ 10p each so an incredibly cheap treat with loads left for other recipes.
Tea was Bacon & cheese quiche with salad.
Florence - haven't had a chance to try freezing it your way yet as hubs wants to finish it off for supper. I'll be quicker next time!AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Kirri, I was going to have jacket potato last night but DDs and dd19's bf ate the lot! Had squash soup in the end, made with last of the butternut squash, sweet potato and courgette. More in fridge for today.
Out: two packs tuna (Dh), 3 veggie sausages, one veggie pie, 2 portions HM soup.
In: making more soup today, carrot and lentil to use up carrots so will portion and freeze for days when I don't have time to make.0 -
Kirri Looked in the freezer this morning, all looks ok, just a bit more 'frost near the top than usual. Phew a close shave. I think I'll move the food into another freezer and defrost it over the weekend. I'm waiting for a large order of meat to arrive (I only buy meat once or twice a year) so I have space at the moment.
Freezer:-
out:- not sure, but tea will be something I've made before and frozen.
In:- portion of fish pie from last night, plus orange curd made yesterday. I've put the orange curd in a 2lb loaf tin so I'll part freeze it and then cut it into portion slices for individual wrapping.0 -
Out tonight is home grown bacon and sausages for breakfast tomorrow along with salmon for tea.House purchased November 2013

So I bought marzipan to decorate HM Xmas cakes and various other "good ideas". Only used one packet so have quite a few left over, and ready rolled icing. Anyone got any ideas please. Do not think they can be frozen (even if there was room in freezers). Many many thanks in advance.

Freezing - not recommended, but keeps long-term in fridge anyway, see Best Answer here
