    This week
    2 portions of HM mince and onion pie,BBQ porkribs,lavabread,sausage and 2 mince pies.

    IN

    Cheese and 2 loaves bread

    I have been top Waitrose so stocked up on a few things we like:)

    Dinner will be sprouts,mash mincebeef and onion pie and gravy.I shall have lavabread,salad and a few slices quorn roast.
    Also made a vat of veg soup:)

    WP you are just loving waitrose now arent you! lol dont forget about their reduced goods freat bargains!

    In the name of using up, i currently have beef, grated red cabbage, tomato, onion and peppers in the sc, beef from the freezer, its been in there a while, also took from the freezer ys waitrose mash and will use up some frozen mixed veg.

    Also eaten 2 cheese rolls, 1 square roll, 1/3 a baguette, a pack of chicken slices, 3 genesis mini scones, 1 oatmeal and peach cupcake, 2 breaded pieces of haddock, sweet chill salmon parcels over the past week, pay day next week so i can stock up, think i will be buy a whole chicken and see how long that will last.

    Also taken out some bacon from my grandma and will take out a crossaint later to have with beans and bacon for brunch tomorrow.

    Just come from a 6 mile walk so a bit knackered, off to watch some tv, while dinner finishes.

  • 6 mile walk well done that is a good distance.Yes I love Waitrose it is 65 mile around trip so not that lucky with reduced foods but did get new potatoes reduced and luxury dried fruits.

    Out today came a portion of turkey and vegetable soup (for my lunch), 2x pizza bases (for dinner) and 4 sausages (husband and daughters lunch, my son was out with friends) .
    I also took out a huge gammon to defrost for lunch tomorrow.

    In went 2 TTD mash 25p each :D

    We had HM wedges + baked beans + fried egg for dinner tonight.

    Out came 1 ttd ys mash, some peas and some yorkies. Nothing went in.

    I roasted the 3k gammon that I defrosted yesterday, I made a dinner then I made a gammon and spring onion quiche and 2ltrs of gammon and yellow split pea soup. There is still a load left over for other meals.
