Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Thanks @carinjo and @joedenise
We have homemade chicken and chips often on a Friday so I’ve torn them up and just drying them out for breadcrumbs. I was worried they wouldn’t last well but there might even be space in the freezer for a bag of crumbs rather than the rolls so very pleased.Using the bread rolls as the Pavs for Pavbhaji tonight. Trying to get some "ready meals" into the freezer as we have a couple of short breaks during August in the motorhome so it's handy to have some to take with us.
Have menu planned for August and have of the main things I need either in the freezer or cupboard. Will just need to buy fresh stuff like fruit and veg. Have already bought milk for the month - we use long life as it's easier as we live a long way from the shops.

I always menu plan a month at a time and then do a big meat shop at the end of the previous month so that I can do a bit of batch cooking for the freezer.

Out of the freezer last night were some ASDA New Zealand lamb chops we don't remember buying and some methi (fenugreek). It looks like seaweed from a Chinese takeaway, but is just naturally spicy. We hadn't tried it before, loved it and don't recall where we got it. It was frozen, so I'm thinking a deli. Hope we find out where we got it from, as we want more.1

Just shopped so:
In : Fish fingers, bread rolls, hm squash & chickpea curry, loaf bread
Out: Chicken thighs for Fakeaway KFC, Sausages, meatballs for tonight. Tempted to use up the last of the venison and the belly of lamb and make sausages this weekend, see if the enthusiasm persists

Only joining this discussion briefly because I had a can of exploded Irn Bru and now my freezer is orange! Need to empty in order to defrost and clean it. I defrosted my freezer not so long ago because the drawers were getting difficult to shut, so there isn't actually that much in there to remove. All of the ice lollies are gone, and now that the rain is here, I no longer have a desire to constantly eat them. Removed some chicken thighs yesterday and some burgers for today. All that's left is another packet of chicken thighs, some slow cook beef chunks, some white pudding (never eaten this before: is it any good?! It was reduced 28p) and a bunch of vegetables/stock cubes/ginger etc.
