Out:  minced beef for dinner tonight; sliced roast pork for lunch tomorrow and smoked haddock fillets for breakfast tomorrow

Edit:  No mince in freezer so ended up getting out a veggie bolognaise and padding it out with some soya mince!

Did you make the cauli hashbrowns yourself?
In: giant hm melt-in-the-middle turkey burger (i was lazy so done 2x 250g patties!). Lamb and tomato stew. Allotment broadbeans.
Out: hm fruit ice lolly. Here's an idea for everyone, take a tin of fruit cocktail, remove the cherries, blitz the rest. Pour the mix into ice lollies tray, add the cherries, freeze. Makes for a cheap and cheerful treat.

    yes @carinjo I used this recipe, https://sugarfreelondoner.com/crispy-cauliflower-hash-browns/
I, as mentioned froze 2x4, think when I make again I would make half the amount as they came out quite large or use 2 baking trays.

Do you make your own sweet and sour sauce? I’d love this as a fake away for a Friday!

Yes I do.  It's a SlimmingEats recipe I use although I substitute the tin of crushed tomatoes with a couple of squirts of tomato puree and some stock.
