Love reading along even though I can’t keep up!We have heaps of bread rolls left from the weekends bbq, I haven’t space in the freezer so if anyone has any ‘bread’ type recipes I’d welcome them. I used one 1 packet of finger rolls for fennel and bread soup at the weekend which is delicious but still have a LOT left over!Follow here for the daily life of an ADHD mum with 2 children and a new mortgage to pay

@MissRikkiC how about Italian bread salad:

It's the only thing I can think of - don't use a lot of bread apart from as sandwiches!

Depending on how much space you have in freezer, you can break them into small chunks, dry out in oven and then freeze as is for croutons to be used in the salad @joedenise mentioned or soup, like you did. Blitz the dried croutons and freeze the breadcrumbs for anything from meatballs to coatings of fishcakes etc (look up an interesting dish called spaghetti pangrattato) which included fried breadcrumbs.
Before all that you can cut the fingerrolls in half and make cheesy garlic bread or even use for bread and butter budding.
I have made all of the above except the bread and butter pudding, but i am not really a dessert person. Good luck! It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.1 -
