    Out:  some cooked chicken; piece of chorizo to make Spanish rice for dinner tomorrow night; burgers & buns for lunch

    Out:- one ribeye steak, it was a very large one so I'll make it do the two of us, rhubarb, sultana and orange cake batter to turn into muffins.
    rest out of cupboards and fridge.

    Yesterday out: 2 tins tuna, large handful frozen sweetcorn.
    Yesterday in: 4x twice baked tuna&sweetcorn jacket potatoes.

    Out: ready rolled pastry, tin mushrooms for ham and mushroom quiche (ms c asked very nicely if i could make her another one)
    In: plain flour, white bread flour, coffee.
    Done a tidy and moving around a few things between the 2 freezers, feel ready for the next week.
    It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.

    Have lost my spreadsheet,,, again,, so freezer stocktake to do, will have a belly pork slice today.
    Do I need it or just want it.

    I've started harvesting gooseberries, have never used them before. Can i freeze them if i want to make jam/chutney once i have enough?
