Did my freezers inventory, not so bad as I have been trying to use what I have, a few things I had forgotten about, and a few more/less than I thought.
Left out some bits to use.

I've just done a similar thing this morning after having a 'lightbulb' moment. I've been 'shopping' in the big freezers and taken out everything I think I need for the next seven days and put it all in the small freezer under the fridge.

The idea being to use my imagination and use up everything in the small freezer first. it will be a challenge, because when I'm pushed for time I usually grab something quick and easy to use which means lots of bits and bobs get left.

    We'll see how that goes.
Just going to check all the doors are shut on the big freezers - don't want a disaster
