pamsdish - It's seems so strange but lovely to have friends and family visit once again, I bet you won't be able to stop talking.

    out - 2 x dover sole.

DH has a turn at choosing what we eat on Sundays even though I have to cook it.
Since lockdown we have always made time on Sundays to push the boat out a bit, get out the proper dinner service, cutlery and glasses. I raid the farm hedges for greenery to attempt a table decoration and of course we open the obligatory bottle of wine. Life here is the same every day so we started doing this to define one week from another.
The thing we haven't got around to is 'changing for dinner' We had already eaten yesterday when I realised I was still wearing my wellies and DH had his safety chain-saw trousers on.  :)

    Out:  goat; chicken

Will be making a tagine with the goat but there should be at least a couple of portions to go back into the freezer.  the chicken will be made into Poulet au Vinegre - a variation of coq au vin with less calories!  Again this will be frozen.

Goat:- do you produce your own or do you buy it?  I love goat meat but never seem to be able to source it.

@zafiro1984 - I bought my goat online from Chestnut Meats.  There are other suppliers as well but that was the first one I came across so ordered some to try and it's very good.  If you live in an area where there is a Halal butcher you would probably be able to source it from there.  I've asked my butcher and he said there isn't enough call for it to make it worthwhile stocking so if I wanted some I'd have to have a whole goat!  I can't justify either the cost or the storage for that amount of one meat!  I also bought a Kg of mutton which has a nice flavour but as you would expect it's very fatty!
