Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Been away for the weekend in our motorhome.  Took meals from the freezer with us.

Can't wait for our first break (camping) in a few weeks! 
Out: chicken breast, tin anchovies, flour, yeast, tin tomatoes. All for hm pizza for lunch. Tried a new pizza base recipe. Worked a treat!  Banana muffins for breakfast.

We're away for the next couple of weekends too.  Makes it quite difficult to work out what we can take as our freezer is quite small.  I like to take HM ready meals with us so all I have to do is reheat and then do a carb & veg to go with it.

It certainly is, not usually out and about much anyway, but loving the fact I  can if I want to.
