Out: sausages and bacon plus a loaf. Had a very busy day, no time to cook and sat down for tea at 8.30pm - far too late1 -
Out: yesterday, chicken breast, half pack fish fingers, garden peas, lemon grass, hm chicken and veg soup.

@zafiro1984 i ended up snacking on the fishfingers straight from the tray and went to bed right after, the reat of atuff went back into fridge. Hope your weekend a bit more relaxed!It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.1 -

Thanks Carinjo. It's a bank holiday and we have no help at weekends or bk hols. Yesterday we had (on top of everything we normally do) to collect a tractor ram that had been in for repair - an hours journey both ways, plus it was my second vaccination, and in the morning we had 4hrs of training. Quite a busy day.
The next couple of days it's just the usual, minus the staff, which is normal for weekends. We can cope with that - it just stops me doing house work or shopping both of which I don't mind. By the way i like fish fingers but never think of buying them - that is until now!!!

Out breast of lamb for tonight and a small turkey for tomorrow and then it will be no cooking for a few days as we plough our way through the turkey

@zafiro1984, please don't get fishfingers. As rule, they are pretty tasteless. Ms C got them on one of her shoppingtrips and i just ate them since they were ready and i was hungry and tired. Desperate times and all...
