Change of plan! Now going to be Spanish rice tonight with chorizo from the freezer.

Will also make the curry using spices from the cupboard, onions, home grown garlic & tin toms from stores.

Having jacket potatoes for lunch today with cottage cheese & salad, all from stores.

  • Forgot to get breakfast quiches out until I saw yesterdays post Doh. Beef is in SC with frsh cougette and some frozen peppers/mushrooms and some of the tomato cooking sauce which I used for meatballs yesterday and in soup I made today with frozen mixed veg and grated carrots which I am glad I have finally finished off. Enough soup for another day so will not freeze. Gradually getting down the stocks.
