Made a lovely burger/mushroom pie with mini wraps yesterday, nicer than expected. Having chick/mush pie now and will use the sausages tomorrow, think I will get some chicken lumps out of freezer and do some sort of kebabs, or maybe a curry. Not decided but will use freezer stuff.0

I just did a rejig of my freezers and moved some stuff into the kitchen freezer.
OUT yesterday- hotdog buns, wheaten bread, 6 chicken breasts, sausages.
OUT- today- chicken portions for tomorrow, 3 sub rolls. kids polished off a tub of ice cream with sprinkles and I pulled out a chicken curry and a packet of microwave rice for lunch.
I found 2 full bags of cod fillets when digging threw. I"m really nauseous at the moment so does anyone have any easy ways to cook fish that won't stink up my whole house? if not I'll make up some batter and just make hubby cook them for us, I'm ok once they are cooked (I have the same issue with mince so I usually throw it in the slow cooker and go out)DEC GC £463.67/£450

Not been on for about a week but have been using some stuff from the freezer. Just added 5 x 2 portions of braised red cabbage with apple; also frozen 3 x 2 portions of HM faggots in onion gravy - we ate the other portion last night with mash, cabbage & green beans.
Got a chicken out for dinner tonight and burgers for lunch today along with a couple of burger buns.
