Using some of my stash of dried beans and making a mixed bean goulash - loosely based on Jack Monroe's bean goulash. I use a 10 bean mix from Waitr*se. Makes a much tastier version than using a tin of kidney beans and baked beans with the sauce washed off:eek:.
Wil serve with brown rice.

Have taken 500g of minced beef out of freezer, 1 tin toms, onions etc and pkt of Piri Piri mix out of cupboards etc. In SC now and 4 portions will go back in freezer, or maybe 3 and will have it again tomorrow made into a piri piri lasagne or on pasta from cupboards. Have used 5 of my hm bread rolls so will have to take some of the slices of hm bread out tomorrow.0
