    IN: 0
    OUT: Yesterday 3 sausages and some frozen veg for a susage casserole, today 2 trout fillets to have with salad.
    Planning a decent shop Lidl tomorrow to take advantage of £5 off £25 spend in Mail tomorrow.
    Do I need it or just want it.

    Nothing in today.

    Sausages out for weekend breakfasts.

    Used oats from cupboard for breakfast and got out lamb mince yesterday for shepherds pie tonight.

  • Rice pudding in SC and later will male dough in BM, uses cupboard stuff but some will go into freezer.

    Urgently needed some bits Aldi,
    IN: 3 Sourdogh part baked baguettes, 2 Lasagne, the only ready meal I buy.
    OUT: 2 Burgers, chicken for tomorrow.

    Making salmon & ginger parcels with tender stem broccoli and asparagus, salmon from freezer. Will serve with brown rice.

  • One fish fillet out but some hm rolls and half small loaf gone in. Today will be having home grown produce with the fish and will make something with veggies for tomorrow but not sure what protein yest, either freezer of tinned cupboard I think.

    IN: 6 Packs of beef mince, bought 2 750g y.s. mince, split into 250g portions.
    OUT: 2 H.M. faggots and a pack of cauli mash.
