OUT: Yesterday 3 sausages and some frozen veg for a susage casserole, today 2 trout fillets to have with salad.
Planning a decent shop Lidl tomorrow to take advantage of £5 off £25 spend in Mail tomorrow.Do I need it or just want it.0 -

Used oats from cupboard for breakfast and got out lamb mince yesterday for shepherds pie tonight.

One fish fillet out but some hm rolls and half small loaf gone in. Today will be having home grown produce with the fish and will make something with veggies for tomorrow but not sure what protein yest, either freezer of tinned cupboard I think.0
