OUT: 2 of my H.M. faggots and a pack of frozen swede and potato mash.

Not food related but had one of those, too seldom, days yesterday where one job led to another and a lot got done, cleaned out my cleaning supplies under sink, threw out 3, going rusty on the bottom aerosols, small basket of yellow dusters went too, cleaned inside of windows which led to hall cupboard cleaning supplies being sorted. Hope for another good day to catch up on jobs left while too hot, I am currently listening to an audio book, and really think it occupies my brain and don`t notice the work.

  • Chicken breast and some peppers out and using mushrooms and asparagus so they will not be going in freezer. May have to put some cauli rice in but it will last a few days in fridge.

I, too, got out an aubergine lasagne for dinner tonight. We had it with some salad.

Not sure what we're having for dinner tomorrow so may need to get something out later

    IN - Nothing
OUT - Piece of salmon, white fish fillet, piece of smoked haddock. Will get out a handful of prawns later when I make the fish pie, find the cooked prawns don'g go rubbery when you put them into the pie frozen.

IN: Pack of beef mince split into 2x250g portions, ditto a turkey mince.y.s poulting.
OUT: Lamb chops, pack of frozen celeriac.
I have no fresh veg left, but my beans are still producing, tomatoes are slowing, cucumber gave up, except for a romano pepper and half a red cabbage, salad drawers empty, will probably stuff the pepper with cream cheese and grill for lunch, the red cabbage, I will think, I need to make inroads into frozen veg drawer.
