Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Today's plan is prepping lunch for tomorrow in the slow cooker. It's an Indian brown lentil recipe - another new one for me. Just hope it's more successful than the last recipe from the same book!
Tonight's dinner is jerk chicken thighs using thighs from freezer - they're currently marinading in the fridge ready to cook tonight. Will have with coconut rice & peas (beans!).
Have got some mince out of the freezer to use for dinner tomorrow. Will decide what tomorrow, LOL!

Nothing in or out of freezers and cupboards today but some cheese from fridge and l/o from fridge from yesterday. Want to rack brains to think of some freezer stuff for meals this coming week, need to start freeing up space ready for the C word.0

Made a rough menu plan for the week using mainly freezer goods. Think I will make chicken kebabs today, never even opened the bag of chicken chunks so thats a start, some peppers in freezer, have fresh mushrooms and onion, own grown toms/potatoes and a own grown side salad too.0

Still haven't decided what to do with the mince yet but think I might make a shepherds pie and put it in the freezer just to use it. I've got other stuff planned which needs using so seems the best idea.
Tonight we're having a corned beef hash to use up an already opened can of corned beef. Everything else from stores.

I put the kebabs into a tortilla so 2 of them used up. Had a plan for tonight but dd coming with dgs who will be staying over so got a pizza and garlic bread out of freezer to have with hg salad, and we may go out for lunch, but if not, we will have that for lunch and will have to freezer drive for the 2 of us tonight, would love to have fish & chips from shop but really really want to eat out of freezer as neighbour is planning on giving me some sort of Asian lentil meal as its a religious week, if I get that today then instead of in freezer, dgs will absolutely love that, will have to see. Still have some of the curry and rice she gave me in the freezer, she likes to give me the Indian foods as a totally un-neccessary "payment" for me taking her out to docs and shops in car as well as being "there for her" if she has to have any sort of tradesman round the house, gas man etc. or any problems she is unsure about.0

Oh its all gone to pot again today. Dgs and I had a pizza and garlic bread out of freezer for lunch and the curry last night, this morning I prepared some pasta to have with a prawn ring (I love them) which de-frosted overnight as a prawn pasta lunch, then I got a job in town, a lunch for 2 in a special place I have not been to before, dgs is old enough now so thats what we are doing for lunch, he will go home this afternoon so I will have the pasta for the next day or so. I sent him to Co-op for the meal deal so the spece I had made in freezer has now been filled again.0
