So much veg picked/pulled - carrots, beets, runner and dwarf beans, cucumbers, mirabelle plums and tomatoes - oh and leaves of now quite tall, cos lettuce (because I keep cutting off the outside leaves with scissors, for our tea!) - used up 1 chicken breast, grilled and cut into 4 for our supper

I redid my inventory this week before doing my August menu plan. Only need to buy some chicken thighs:D. Shopping should be reasonably cheap this month:money:.

This week's shopping is higher than usual as I've also stocked up the cupboards with foil, cling film etc. Tinned & dried stores are OK too.

Glad I won't have to buy much apart from fruit, veg, fridge stuff like yoghurt, quark & cottage cheese, salad.
