Kirrî your pizza looks really nice:T
I took out some mince and chorizo and grated carrot to make a smokey spicy chilli for dinner tonight. I'll bulk it out with lot's of other veg as well.
I'll also take out some pastry to make a quiche for lunch.

Small joint of pork out for tea tonight. Fridge is almost empty, cupboards are slowly diminishing however the freezer is still going strong. Think I need to make more of an effort to use the bigger things and not small things that I stretch out the meals withHouse purchased November 2013

MNR - I think you need to stick up a photo of these burritos!
I've made two more fruit bread loves and two more seeded white/malted loaves. One of each will go in the freezer for later in the week.
Going to have veggie pies and the last of the salad potatoes tonight.
Leaves 2 more veggie pies with frozen sweetcorn/peas and 1 veggie tagine in the freezer which I'll have with bulgar wheat - for meals over the next week. Will use the rest of the haloumi with some puy lentils/veg for 2 meals and 2 more pizza nights to fill the week - I'm trying to just look ahead to make sure I literally have enough for the next 7 nights of meals all the time - money is so non existent I am literally buying ingredients for just the next week's meals at a time (though it does keep the kitchen tidier by not having much in it!). Still buying yoghurts/granola/bananas for breakfasts and lunches are having to be bread based which isn't ideal - either fruit bread, or normal bread with bean dips etc or the occasional egg on toast or I could make grain salads.
Have ordered more things for pizza toppings, more mushrooms, haloumi and rocket and some more minimal veg box stuff for delivery. The second pizza base didn't freeze that well though, not sure I left it to defrost long enough.. was thinking of making 4 smaller pizza bases next time but not sure now with the flat defrosted one I had last night! Finished off the last of the HM HG basil pesto from the freezer last night so will now have to buy some - not sure whether to get a vegan pesto in a jar or to make it again as I just use olive oil and basil whereas the bought ones, even organic, vegan ones, have things like salt etc in which isn't really necessary.0 -
No freezer movements.
For dinner we had roast potatoes + HM TITH + cabbage/carrot/swede + gravy.[/IMG]

flo those cupcakes mmmmm.
kirri I don't have anywhere to host my pics so I don't bother, you would be so proud of me, today has been a all veggie day, decided to use up the last corner of cooked white rice, along with the rest of the cooked brown rice and made egg fried rice with kale and frozen veg in, had it with the last bit of the burrito beans, my plate was colourful.
that's all the remains of food used up now, 2 chocolate muffins have gone in the freezer, I will probably have a smoothie and burrito from freezer tomorrow, think about dinner tomorrow for once, instead of already having food prepared.Lose 28lb 3/28lb
