Tasty looking meals as always flo.
Out the freezer was some chips to go with the left over disaster pie that we had last night (used the left over slow cooker meal) I made a short crust pastry but it was so short it crumbled when I moved it. Ah well all gone now.House purchased November 2013

Evening all.
Not been posting much as I practically ate everything in the freezer, Now I am gradually restocking, but love eating fresh a lot more. I have also been obsessed with drinking lemon water lately, I think I'm getting pretty used to it and strangely it helps with my acid reflux.
Gone in the freezer is some crumpets ys.
Will be making burritoa once I remember to put the peas on before bed. I made 2 dozen cheese, chilli and sweetcorn muffins tonight, as I am off to a family party tomorrow, a few will stay here, I've sampled some, had a muffin, some chicken and kale and mixed veg for dinner, all fresh.
Kirri did you get the mag yet? I keep forgetting to pick one up.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

Still not added to the freezer. Didn't shop at the weekend either. Made a vege casserole with veg from the bottom of the fridge. Onion, leek, carrot, swede, parsley, paprika , passatta, red lentil and puy lentils. Added in some dumplings. It was OK.
Made a ginger cake out of stuff we had in. Made a quiche with some other veg, cream and bits of cheese. This will be useful for work lunches. Just need to get some bread and milk and we should be OK then until the weekend.0 -
