Sorry I missed you WW - good luck today! I knew there was someone else today but couldn't find my list on the phone.

ETA: I've had to bring the Menopur to work, and put it in the work fridge! It's in a bag, but hopefully no-one is nosy. And thankfully whatever was in the fridge yesterday that was stinking up the place is also gone.

WW - good luck for your scan! x

T2D - 8 follies is great, well done you! Don't worry about the symptom spotting, I literally had nothing. No bloating, no headaches, nothing. So it really doesn't matter. You've not been stimming long so sounds like you are responding really well! x

Derby - good luck with the trigger shot. I had my EC on a Thursday and then transfer on Sat (Day 2). My clinic didn't offer a service on a Sunday, so they couldn't take the embies to blast as apparently they have to change the fluid or something on day 3 if they are taking them further. So, if your clinic works on a Sunday then you might get a day 3 or more, if not then you might be heading for day 2.

Like fluff said its not an exact science and they don't really know. Apparently there was a trend to try and go to blast, but now the trend is moving back towards getting them back inside earlier, as that is the best place for them. That's what my embryologist said anyway!

Don't worry about the wedding. To be honest (depending on timing) you could probably go and take it easy, not dance/drink etc. ET just like a smear so its not invasive. I'd start with the illness excuse just in case though x

PM - good luck for your scan x

AFM - we've got a conselling appointment today at 4. Will be a good chance to discuss how we feel about getting to the top of the list and when to go again (and how to face it)

    Hugs everyone! xx

I didn't know menopur had to go in the fridge!! I've got some that's been under the bed in the spare room since march.... oops!

PM - how much menopur are you injecting? Keep the faith, it worked eventually last time.

My menopur has a 'fridge medicine' sticker on it. I was told it needs to be refrigerated until it is made up, and then lasts 28 days un-refrigerated. The pharmacist asked me specifically if I was heading home as it had to be back in the fridge within an hour.

Got to love the randomness of this whole process.

Just a bit! You'd think at least the same-named drugs would have the same properties lol. Hope no one eats your menopur for their lunch :rotfl:.
