RG amazing news! So pleased that you got a little fighter on board. What a roller coaster for you guys though. Take care of yourself and and relax as best you can over the weekend. Sending lots of sticky vibes x
Men are a bit pants at spotting mess, though I will confess I am the messy one in our house. I think I'd kill my dh if he left cat poo on the bed though. (We don't have a cat cat but you you get what u mean! )
Hugs for no ov tea, hurry up egg! Maybe a dance is in order?
Hugs to all, on phone so can't reply properly. X0 -

Good plan, will squeeze into my silver suit later!
I do 99% of the housework, and always sort the litter tray etc. so I'm used to that. But seriously - who gets out of a (cat) poo-stained bed and just leaves it???
It's so dark here, think it's waiting till hometime and then it'll no doubt start peeing down all weekend.0 -
Wow there are so many of us doing IVF or stimming at the moment I think we need a group egg dance
.
PM how are your injections going?
DH seems to have a blind spot for crisps/sweets/chocolate wrappers as he just leaves lying around the sitting room. We'd drown under them if I didn't bin them. Pointing them out or throwing them at him doesn't seem to work .The biscuit will only dare to be just a biscuit when it is with its true friend the potato. (Edward Monkton) :beer:0 -
I felt we needed a new list after todays rollercoaster!
Babywanted - I'm not sure if I've mentioned, but I'm happy to add you to the first page if you want. Just let me know.
Wonder_Woman. I've updated your summary.
I think you mentioned you have polycystic ovaries, but not the syndrome. I think I'm the opposite. I have all the annoying features (easy to gain weight, excess hair) but no actual cysts. They told me I had them as a teenager but I seemed to grow out of it. The other symptoms aren't nice to live with, but I feel lucky I have a nice regular cycle which is more important these days.
Derby2 - summary updated.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I love it.
TeaLover - you never fail to make me laugh! I totally get your arguments, we can really argue about anything around ovulation. It's a cosmic joke that ov makes you grumpy! I have learned to hold my tongue, in truth the things annoying you aren't 'real' anyway.
You will be busy tonight! BD for you, Egg dance for Derby, and a little fertilization dance please too for RG.
Sewit - you asked about my protocol. They referred to it as an antagonist long protocol. Any cycle with down regging is a long one it seems. But they only DR for a few days, then once the ovaries are quiet time to stimm.
It's not normal for my clinic. But they have done it for me as they knew I wanted to get something started this side of Christmas, and as they are so familiar with my cycle they were ok with it. Last time I did a cycle of BCP (birth control) first, and then about 7 days on DR. So it's sort of the same to just go from the natural start of a cycle.
One of the other hospitals near me always does it that way, and apparently they have excellent results. It's great that the clinic I'm at are willing to be flexible.
They gave me a fright today though! The consultant called me at about 6.30 to say the thyroid function test I did came back with a problem. (Pretty sure I ceased breathing at that point). But - only a small problem it seems. They are going to get me to take a very mild tablet once a day to reduce it. Only very slightly over, but the consultant said she wanted to make sure everything was 'optimised'. (I started breathing again)
Hi, yes I would love to be added0 -
Hi and thanks to everyone who asked, unfortunately in our area the nhs doesn't fund iui or I've treatment to we are really on our own.
Having said that we refuse to give up hope of a little miracle one day0 -

Can you do a little summary of your status and history? Just a couple of lines - it's easier if you do it rather than me.
Just put in a post and I'll copy it to the front.0 -
Hello,
I have created a new account (as my username was my name). Please may I join this thread.
A little about me:
Married in 2008 and been trying to conceive since 2009, in 2011 had tests and confirmed would need ICSI, however I was too young to qualify for NHS funding. Just received letter to have a referral as although still to young based on prior criteria they have removed the lower age limit due to the change in the age discrimination laws.0 -
Welcome star! Hope your stay here is short and sweet.
Just to make all us oldies jealous - how old are you that you are too young for ICSI!?
AFM. I've made the mistake today of reading some threads on buzzfeed... and I'm now giggling too much at work. In other momentus news its seems I have FINALLY stopped bleeding. YAY! That was a major PITA for the last week I have to admit.
I'm all of two days into stimming and I am finding myself obsessively googling again for what would happen if I got pregnant. I should stop - hope is sneaking up...0
