  • Hi all,
Fingers crossed for Derby and Rowan.
So sorry to hear your news code *hugs*, have had the same thoughts as you.

Been a while, all moved into our own house at last and internet again. Loads to do here :).

My last appointment 4 weeks ago, we have been referred on to a IVF clinic (would send off the referral that day), mostly for IUI. Both on no treatment or tests atm, just the normal vitamins.
Well not heard anything since and wanted to know if the clinic had the right contact details due to us moving.
The clinic has not had a referral and said they send out an appointment within 2 weeks of getting one.
Phoned the hospital they said they sent it in the middle of October. Gave them the phone number and details to pass it on and a fax number.
Will phone again later to see if they have it.
Bah another month wasted :(, glad I phoned or would be sat here waiting until after Christmas and nothing happening.
To Top it off, had a young lad at house last night to look at some work to do on house. He was very open about his "accident" that happen one month when his GF was taking medications one month and the pill didn't work. He was not happy about it. OH and I smiled through gritted teeth.
Feeling it atm, always do when Af is on the way.
    Have a good day all

So far its been a good news day! I hope it's a sign for Rowingirl. :)

AFM - I'm in menopur related headache land, but happy to be here. After the stress yesterday I'm starting to relax, and try to believe that this could happen. I've picked up the drugs for thyroid and started to take them. Pretty bloated already.

Primmer - thanks for the contact for getting the drugs. I've emailled them today, as I paid over £500 yesterday for the first batch. I forgot how the money just flows and flows when you are doing IVF. Hopefully they can provide them cheaper.

Ladies - I was looking for information on my 'antagonist' cycle and found this page.

Forget the first bits - but some interesting information on what they look for during fertilization and embryo development for those that are interested.

Glad to hear about your follies derby. I can hear an egg dance coming on :D.

    Hugs code and PM :grouphug:

Good vibes - :j. Good luck with your appointment.

I have one grade A embryo on board. The embryologist was really pleased and said it divided overnight and had everything they would want to see on day 3. They sent me home with a pregnancy test to use in 14 days. I can't believe I've had embryo transfer after yesterday morning. Now I'm just hoping my embie is a sticky one.
