RG omg im so sorry its not better news, praying for some good news for you today though, little comfort but sending you huge hugs.

t2d I've had a fair few scans whilst bleeding, not the most fun experience but I told myself its nothing they havent seen before and its over pretty quickly.

Chickpea so sorry to hear your struggling aswell, this whole awful journey is so unfair, huge hugs to you.

I didn't have a tampon in, but the scanning nurse was surprised to see a contraceptive coil in there! Despite all the bleeding my lining is still reasonably thick (5.3mm) so actually I now have to hope it keeps bleeding to get down to 5mm.

But ovaries are quiet, so I'm good to go. Only hurdle now is that the doctor asked to see me. Hopefully not to ask me to delay a bit.

T2D: Hope everything has gone ok with the Doctor

I've just had a call from the clinic; they have upped my dosage to 300iu and have booked me in for another scan on Saturday. I asked about the likelihood of cancellation and she said it's not looking great at the moment and they would have to find something measurable on Saturday.

Fingers crossed :-(

Sounds like it all went well T2D Don't suppose they see many coils in the fertility clinic!

Come on egg, am bored now! I have a terribly spotty chin, an awful temper and 'ahem' urges ..... just ovulate already!

Derby, hope things pick up. The clinic told me today that last time I was a slow responder and had little to show at 6 days. I never knew that! They must have kept it from me at the time as there was no option to cancel.

And I had 11 eggs in the end. So it can change.

Anyway, all good for me. I now have no coil!! Must be the shortest ever coil insertion period. But it worked. Cervix is now open and I am good to go. Stimming starts tonight. Yikes!

One good thing about stimming...I've been going to bed with my hot water bottle that's shaped like a reindeer, and this morning I woke up cuddling it like a teddy bear. I'm 34 for goodness sake, but I did like it!
