Ladies feel free to ignore but I feel a massive rant coming.

I've been trying to get hold of my fs for a good few days now as the provera arnt stoping the very heavy bleeding. I've not even got to the withdrawal bleed yet and its so heavy. Anyway I managed to get hold of my old fs sectuary, my fs has left now and there's no dr I can see there. My fs doesn't have the contact details of my new gp. I'm just in limbo, there's no end to the bleeding. I'm sooo tired all the time. My dh and I haven't had s3x in lord knows how long due to the bleeding. I don't even know if I should carry on the provera or not as there not doing anything. I dunno I'm just so fed up with it and rather angry there's know one that can help me right now.

Sending sticky thoughts to all you PUPO's! I do like that term :)

PM I'm sorry to hear about the bleeding. Do you have any appointment for your new GP yet?

Code How are you & DH doing?

Hugs to all others who need it.

Well AF arrived overnight on CD26/27 which is early for me (usually CD30/1), so I am reading buckets into it and assuming that it is because my prolactin is sorted (and therefore no longer supressing oestrogen (or something like that)) Obviously very disappointed as I had been SS but looking on the bright side we are off on a mini break at the start of February which should be timed nicely for ovulation.

Does anyone use a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor? Thinking of getting one, as I don't really track Ov as I hardly ever got +OPK but my FS said that could be due to using cheapo ones.

Bitter infertile woman confession - I am doing a short night school class at the local college and it seems that half of the class are younger than me and either pregnant or on mat leave. They are lovely ladies but it made me feel so inadequate
  • Hi all,
*hugs* to those in limbo land so frustrating
yay to all those embies cooking good luck ladies, rooting for you all

Got an appt for a weeks time with the new gp bu I doubt they can do much.

I hope the break helps, sounds just what you need. I used to have a clear blue fertility monitor but go rid of it as I don't ever ov on my own.

Exciting times for all the PUPOs, I'm sending positive vibes your way......

    Happy birthday tea.

I'll join the angry and in limbo queue please. I have FINALLY got another fe appointment next week to be prescribed clomid... Or so I thought. I spoke to the nurse yesterday and she said "when was your last period as you won't be having them often", I explained I have the opposite, too many periods and only a diagnosis of mild PCOS. She responded, "I don't know why you'd need clomid then, I'll get the doctor to come to the appointment for another opinion." Blinking brilliant.

T2D - I've been getting cramps today. I don't know if it's anything to do with the hoovering I did yesterday :doh:Why oh why did I do that. I was concerned about the cramps so phoned the hospital and they've told me to put my feet up tonight. I asked about AF as I'm due on Friday. She said they've taken over the cycle so not to worry - it's not the start of period pains.

At new years we found out my sister has cancer. We were devastated. I considered delaying the IVF cycle but she told me not to. This week we found out its not spread to anywhere else in her body and we feel like we have won the lottery. I spoke to the IVF counsellor about my sister, and IVF, and it really helped. Today I also asked if I can be around someone going through chemo and radiotherapy. Which I can.
