Especially when the elaborate on their 'heartache' because they've been 'trying for 3 months and thought it would never happen'.

Or that they have a fs appointment which they aren't going to cancel in case they jinx the pregnancy.

Totally unrelated to anything but I just got hit by the period ninja Normally I get cramps and days of spotting but no, full flow, no warning. Just as well I have dark trousers on. Wham. Ninja period. Let me guess, now that we definitely have no hope of a miracle pregnancy, my periods are finally going to correct themselves.

People don't really say things like that do they? Unbelievable.

Frozen Penguin - That sounds horrendous. I hope you're taking it easy when you can. It's nice of your Father in law to be worried about you though.

Goodness frozen penguin, that all sounds very dramatic! Hope everyone's doing ok (or as ok as can be) now and that the travel isn't getting you down too much.

frozen_penguin, sorry to hear about your fil. That all sounds very stressful. Hope you're ok.

Credit_crunch, you'd be surprised what some people say. No wonder the waiting lists are so long.

Just had a mildly annoying conversation at work, and to my horror I realised I was getting close to tears!! Yikes - these hormones are dangerous. One tear and I would never be taken seriously again.

Can't wait to get out of here today. The clock seems to have stopped moving...

Hasn't it?! Roll on 4pm... then I can go home, play with my new tripod and go and eat steak :j.

Stupid pharmacy place haven't called back about the pregnyl. Not even starting this cycle for a couple of weeks and am already v stressed.

Hope everyone has a nice calm evening, and we all manage to avoid the worst of the hormone rush :p.

  • Well I'm PUPO.

    All very emotional.

Peonie leaflet I got is the same info that's in the IVF booklet so I don't think you're missing anything.

Hope all ok, will catch up later but need a nap now x
