I don't have an appointment yet as they won't refer me till my BMI is under 30, currently it's 30.2!! So close. I have to wait till after Christmas and phone the FS when my BMI is under 30 and they will write the referral letter straight away. I don't think the waiting list is long at all, my friend had an appointment within weeks. They won't do it this side of Christmas in case I eat too many mince pies and put it all on again! I was fine in September, about 29 or just under, but then had one crisis after another (parents in serious car crash, husband lost job, husband had operation, grandma passed away) and have been comfort eating ever since, as well as not being able to exercise due to back problems and having physio, but that has all stopped as of 10am this morning, no more sweeties, back at the gym first thing tomorrow morning and running club on Saturday, first day in Jan that the clinic opens I will be on the phone

I know we all going through our own private and public struggles.Itsso hard to remain optermistic when nothings moving forward.

Im quite annoyed aswell that this cycle will be cancelled in a few weeks if no ov and that counts as a go

Angeltreats, I had CBT for generalised anxiety disorder (referred through GP) and found it really helpful. It was just nice to know that someone did understand and that it wasn't completely crazy to feel that way. Perhaps your GP can refer you for one on one CBT?

We just had the call and 3 of our 9 eggs were too immature to do anything with but the remaining 6 fertilised normally!! Eeek! Still waiting to see when transfer will be though - hoping for Saturday.

I think I'll wait till after the course to see if I think one on one would help and then get in touch with the GP.

DH has gone from being quite supportive to totally unhelpful and saying I just need to deal with it. Am thinking of murdering him in his sleep, but his new job doesn't provide any death in service so I need to set up some life assurance for him before I kill him. Then I can use the proceeds fly to Pakistan and get me a free baby from that TV show

Tmi ladies but something isnt quite right, been bleeding 12 days now and still bleeding really heavy with clots.It was hoped the increase in injection dose would stop the bleeding but its getting worse.Think im going to try and get hold of my fs.

angeltreats - I had a similar discussion with DH last night because he acts like he's not bothered about any of it. I feel like I'm always pushing him rather like we're in it together, like I'm dragging him along with me on some crazy scheme. He said he does want to be a dad but doesn't want us to go into debt for the treatment - I pointed out we're doing the NHS treatment first. He's acting like I'm planning on remortgaging the house and selling body parts or something.

Code they are so frustrating aren't they. My DH is actually not bothered. He doesn't care if there's a baby or if we never have one, he's only doing it because I want to. Left to his own devices, he'd probably never want to have a baby because he values his free time too much and would rather play videogames every waking hour he's not at work. So it's good of him to play along I suppose but the support has stopped and now he's just bored of it all and bored of me being depressed, because unhappy wives are not fun or interesting to be around.

PM definitely persevere till you can get hold of the FS.
