Code, hope all's ok with the OH. I'm sure they're more trouble than they're worth!

Vesper, good luck at the gym, am very impressed with everyone's self-control. I could easily eat my own body weight in crisps at the moment (and that is in fact my plan for this evening).

Am bracing myself for another fun evening of nobody speaking (well, only to the cat). We've got this appt tomorrow though so am going to have to say something. Plus we've got new carpet coming on saturday and we really need to make a start on emptying the lounge to get ready for it.

Everything is ok TL, arguments tend to be short lived in this house, largely because we're both too lazy to maintain silence.

Very jealous of your plan to eat crisps. So far today I've eaten 3 eggs, 1 grapefruit and 2 tomatoes. Dinner tonight is lamb chops, cabbage and celery. Thanks to some open sweets, our kitchen smells like marshmallow and I swear the jar of Nutella is calling my name. Am 4lbs down since I started this diet on Monday - still have 6-7lbs to go.

Nothing like realising joey Essex can't read the time (!!!!!!!!) to create something easy to talk about. .

Actually I have a real problem with this on analogue watches, but I am mildly dyscalculic. I have to look at my watch for a little longer than normal people. I also have never fully got to grips with left and right, especially when giving directions which drives DH mad and reading a road map sends me into a state of utter confusion.

RG, hope you're doing ok and having a nice relax :) Do you think you'll test tomorrow or hang on till the weekend still? I totally get wanting to wait longer, I even made the hospital put back OTD a few days as I just didn't want to know lol.

Thanks tea. Unfortunately I've been cramping all day (similar to start of AF) and bleeding is heavier. I'll test tomorrow as it's OTD and I want to know although I think it will be a BFN and I don't want to see that.

Good luck tomorrow tea and I hope you can talk to your OH tonight.

I'm glad your mum is doing better PM.

    Is your EC tomorrow T2D?

You are right of course - I shouldn't judge people so blithely. But he didn't even really seem to see a reason to know it, as his watch was just for show anyway!

I've put a ban on me ever ever giving directions to DH in the car again. Or anywhere else for that matter. He was incredibly rude to me last time, and so I simply said I refuse now. When he directs me he makes lots of mistakes, but somehow seems to forget that when he is screaming at me for not realising that the (unmarked) carpark that wasn't on my map was the one we should have stopped at!

Its ok. From what little I've seen of that show, I'm guessing it's probably not dyscalculia which is his problem. They don't seem to have two brain cells to rub together.

Whenever I'm in the car with DH I've taken to using my phone as a satnav just to stop the fights. Of course, when the satnav is wrong, it's inevitably my fault too.

Hi all, still waiting for AF (CD40 or so for me today) so I can have CD3 bloods done. CD21 bloods & scans all fine, so if CD3 bloods come back ok what's the usual next step please?

It seems to be different for different areas but for me it was a referral for me and DH to the fertility clinic and SA for him. In our case DH's SA was so bad. Does anyone know if they'll still bother with all the tests on me like the HSG and so on? Seems a bit pointless.

Just realised that my bathroom scales were set wrong and I'm actually 3lbs heavier than I thought. That means I have to lose 10lbs in 13 days. I can't stop crying.

Code, ime they'll still do your tests too, so they know what they're working with. One partner having problems sadly doesn't preclude the other having issues too. I've read that about 1/3 of infertility is down to women's issues, 1\3 men, and 1/3 both. Obviously have everything crossed that everything's fine for you.

Thanks code - please don't cry - I'm sure 1lb here or there for your first meeting won't knock you out altogether!

My bmi is 39 :o so I'm out of the running for a good while even if I'm allowed that far (already got 1 dd so not eligible for more than Clomid/Metformin if I'm very lucky :( )
