I've also just added myself to list - hope I've done it right and not messed it up! Had my scan today and have been dated at 12+4 with a due date of 11th July 2014 so only 2 days behind where we thought we were. Had the blood tests for Downs done too while I was there. It was so exciting to see the baby moving about, although unfortunately the images weren't too clear as I'm quite fat!
I got weighed and have managed to lose 2.5kg since my booking in appointment so I'm pleased about that!
Hope you all have a lovely New Year's Eve. We're staying in eating nibbles and watching TV and OH's mum has come over too!0 -

Just laughed so hard a bit of pee came out!!!:rotfl:
That would be one epic starter kit though! Lol!

Just to add, it was around 23 weeks when I got movements in my first pregnancy. No placenta issues either, it just seemed a bit longer than other ladies for no real reason. Baby born at 7lb 3oz so maybe just didn't get the strength for big thumps early on. LolTTC #3..........0

Have you got other support around you like your family? And don't ever think for a second that your problems are any less important than others' problems - we are all here to support each other in anything no matter how small!
Like taking this stupid tommee tippee electric steriliser starter set back to kiddicare to exchange - brought it in the sale the other night (£65 down to £30) and we were very smug about getting the last one. Got it home to find there was no kid inside!!!! Grrr!!
Totally agree re cheeseaddict! Glad to hear he's gone cheeseaddict you sound like you've got a good head-on your shoulders something tells me you are going to get through this
Mysec you have to supply your own kid! Rubbish isnt it?! thats likevwhen you buy a product and you have to put your own batteried in hahaha!
RID I've been thinking and im sure that test is called the quads test - is that the one you mean? If you feel comfortable with the amnio go for it but make sure you're definitely ok with it, it needs to be your decision. Also remember 97% is a really really high number - sending you best wishes and a big hug xxxx0 -

OH is enjoying this pregnancy much more than when Isaac was cooking - he came to the scans and so forth then, but remembers little about it otherwise. His parents died 6 weeks apart while I was pregnant last time, and understandably, his attention was rather distracted....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Hey guys, hope I have posted up the most up to date list. Ill have a double check just incase I haven't. Had my 20 week scan today and it turns out we are having a baby girl!! I can't believe it.
It was pretty amazing seeing how the baby had developed from 12 weeks. Although unfortunately she was moving so much the midwife just wasn't able to do all the checks she needed to get done. As a result we have to go back in a couple of weeks to be rescanned. As a way of trying to send her to sleep she had us walk around for 20 minutes but because of needing the loo soooooo much this really wasn't the easiest of things to do lol.
Many congratulations!
I had the same trouble at my scan last Friday - baby wasn't co-operating. I went off to drink sugar, then several strolls, and the baby absolutely refused to move. So I'll have a re-scan, too....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
