    the letter says
final demand parking notice £100 debt recovery £40
    county court summons £70
judgement enforcing officers fees per visit per hour £135
    payable today £140
you have failed to make the original payment in the last 42 days .our intentions to recover the debt has been exhausted as you have chosen to ignore all our efforts that showed you leniency and tolerance we now find ourselves poised to hand this debt to a local debt recovery agency who will exercise all powers to recover monies that are due. you have 7 days to comply buy making you payment before we instruct them to act

Except debt collectors have no powers ;) and the rest of the junk is exactly that junk, it's not going to court and if it did they would have to win first, then you refuse to pay the judgement within 28 days. So even if you lost there would be no ccj if you follow the timeframe

Oh dear, Trev's efforts to extort money get more and more desperate. What on earth did that other PPC do to get their P45 from the BPA when this outfit are still trading?

This is a serious question, because we don't seem to have had the level of complaints against any other PPC that ANPR Ltd has had. Any betting person (including me) would have staked a small fortune on ANPR being awarded the order of the boot first!

Something fishy? Or just a latent conspiracy theorist coming out in me
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
