'N Martin' at ANPR Ltd is still misleading people deliberately about 'writing back to him' to use a POPLA code and he'll 'appeal on my behalf' and this proves that Trevor Whitehouse was being economical with the truth when he wrote to the DVLA about similar letters being a mistake, several weeks ago. I would like to know what are the BPA and DVLA going to do about this, how many sanction points must Trev be on by now? I am disabled and ANPR Ltd nearly confused me into paying them until I discovered a helpful well-known forum. please find attached a letter sent to me by ANPR after I appealed against the pcn.
does this look ok and as lenordys not my real name and this is on behalf of a disabled friend in whose name should I sign it.0 -
reading the letter he didn't actually say he would appeal on my behalf he said and I quote [ if you still feel aggrieved I will provide you with details on how to make an appeal to the independent appeals service. please write to me quoting this verification code xxxxxxxxxx.] should I still send the complaint to DVLA and BPA.0

Yes make the complaints because you are not writing to them with a popla appeal, they have been warned about this letter previously, Trev just thinks he's above everything, the guy is just an utter moronWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Yep, it's the bit in bold which is not allowed because the code is for you to write to POPLA, not to him. It's clearly deliberate, so they can let POPLA codes time out. Maybe remove the bit about 'on my behalf' from your complaint. You can use your real name to the DVLA and BPA (in fact the DVLA would insist on it so they can see you are indeed the person who is the keeper of that car reg (you must of course put in your car reg and the ticket number for them to look into your complaint).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
