appeal to anpr

I appealed to anpr ltd about a unfair parking ticket with a template from this website. I received this reply
re ticketing incident.
having read your letter dated 22/09/2013 an taking in to consideration your comment had a blue badge on show along with our photographic evidence, all goes to towards confirming the incident.
the generic definition of infringement not displaying in the windscreen a current or valid permit is as follows the only way to determine who has permission to park is displaying a current and valid permit. Once a permit scheme is introduced it applies to all and is for the benefit of the community and unless discretion is given by the management you still need a permit to park here disabled badges are not valid on private land unless disabled bays are marked out. Your claim failing at appeal.
what do I do now any help please lenordy.

"disabled badges are not valid on private land unless disabled bays are marked out"
Some one will be along to help you out but I was struck by the above.
Since when did disabled bays on private land need a blue badge?0 -
Did they send you a POPLA code?
If not, get one quick!
Can you give a few dates for us.
Date of contravention
Date of windscreen ticket if one was issued
Date of Notice to Keeper
Date of your appeal to them
Date of rejection of your appeal
Thanks0 -
Another complete fabrication by ANPR Ltd. Are we surprised? Not at all."disabled badges are not valid on private land unless disabled bays are marked out"

Get a POPLA code. It may be hidden somewhere on the rejection letter. Look for a 10-digit number somewhere. Hiding the code is another or their little tricks. Persuading you not to take it to POPLA is another of their tricks. It's quite unbelievable how this shower haven't been chucked out of the BPA yet. Every single piece of their correspondence breaches the Code of Practice in several ways.
ANPR Ltd are a complete joke of a company, so beating them at POPLA should be fairly straightforward. Can you give us a brief outline of the circumstances of the parking event. E.g. was it a retail outlet car park, a residential car park, or what?0 -
they have not sent me a popla code but say they can provide me with details on how to appeal and they feel it prudent not to forward my claim to appeal as this would nullify any discounts that remain.
If you take your appeal to POPLA it will cost them £27+vat and cost you nothing. What they really mean is that they feel it prudent not to forward your claim to appeal because they haven't got a cat in hell's chance of winning but they'll still have to fork out the POPLA fee!The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us

I parked at the back of an housing association flats to take my father who is disabled to the bank I had a blue badge in the windscreen this cannot be seen on the picture when I returned I had a ticket. I wouldn't mind but most of the residents in these flats are disabled.0

the letter says I can appeal to an independent appeals service please write to me quoting this verification code xxxxxxxxxx is this the popla code. your website also says don't appeal mitigating circumstances which is all I can claim.0
-
can anyone help me with a reply to these people0
-
someone will be along with specific advice but in the meantime you should read the last few pages of the POPLA decisions thread on this forum. That'll help you start to put your appeal together. Once you have, post it for people to comment.
Forget mitigating circumstances, in most cases they are entirely irrelevant. Use the points you will see on the above mentioned thread - pre-estimate of loss, no contract etc.0 -
thanks martmonk but not sure I understand it all0

That's the appeal code.
And no that's rubbish:) you can do it on the silver bullet
The loss is not a genuine pre estimate of loss. Have a search round for winning appeals. Don't bother with contract issues unless the sign says they have to pay £100 to the land owner as anpr always include a standard contract.
So when you formulate your appeal don't waste your tome on any events that happened on the day.
When you have got an idea by looking around then post up your appeal and we can fine tune it.
The disabled badge is a red herring in the world of poplaProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0
