Remind the DVLA that it is they who are the gatekeepers to registered keeper details, therefore it is they who must ensure that requests for information conform to the law, not some third party private company with a huge vested interest.0

I have been passed your complaint against ANPR ltd with reference to
the letter supplied. This has been taken up by my compliance Manager this week
with ANPR ltd and we are awaiting an urgent response.
I will inform you once we have had a reply.

does the keeper of the car have to inform ANPR by law who was driving the car on the day in question. he's also had a threatening letter from ANPR in todays mail I will post its contents when I see it.0
