Dear Sir or Madam
I write further to the notification you received explaining when the appeal in this matter would be decided.
It appears that that the evidence of both parties in this case has now been received at POPLA and the Lead Adjudicator is concerned that there be no unnecessary delay in the determination of appeals.
The Lead Adjudicator has therefore directed that, unless we hear from you with in the next seven days, the matter may now go forward for a decision by the Assessor at a date earlier than previously notified.
I will forward you the decision once it is made
just received this mail will keep you all posted0 -

I think that's a very pertinent question kil.
I wonder whether POPLA has spotted something in the ANPR paperwork that they would strongly anticipate a counter argument from the appellant?
OP, if you've received nothing from ANPR, then I suggest you do respond to that POPLA email within the 7 days and tell them so.
If you have had the ANPR bundle, I think I'd be looking very carefully through it.
Just my take on things.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
