you mis read as always. the FSB provided its members with the information about the no smoking ban 8 months before it was officially released, this was so that small businesses could get the no smoking labels etc. before this was officially released and suppliers upped their prices on these things.

example was a no smoking sign you see in shop windows was £1 before the official release and after the release they suddenly jumped to £2.50.

Don't take it to heart hioneday: there is always someone on every message forum who has to have a pop - and this one is no different. I think people get bored and like to try and cause trouble by stirring and trying to get a reaction. I mean, FGS, it's a VENTING board and you were venting. What's the problem? Ignore these people who try and ridicule your posts. Best thing to do.
