Filled in the forms as per your template, one for Identity theft and one for CPP Card Protection. Received a cheque for just under £83 for the Identity theft, not bad considering I cancelled the Identity theft policy after one year. Still waiting to hear re the CPP Card Protection but have been told that my claim has been processed and I will hear shortly.

  • I had CPI on my M&S card from 1991. I responded and have received £220 referring from 2005 but CPP will not honour the years of 1991-2014.
I now have this in the hands of the FSA.
I would have thought if I have been awarded a refund it should refer to the whole time?
  • just received a cheque for £400 - followed your advice and templates. Thank you so much!
  • I've received 2 letters with different policy numbers. I'm terrible at keeping paperwork, so I have no idea at all what they relate to. How can I fill the form in honestly when I have no recollection of the cards or policies!? Can I call CPP to find out what I signed up to & when?

I got £145.60 which am not really happy with I have had the policy since 1998, Am going to appeal and see what happens.

I also called CPP to claim for 1998 - 2005 someone is going to call me back

I have been paying into CPP since 1998. I am hopeless at filling in forms but I felt I should get something back. I went to myclaimsolved . They were so helpful and did everything for me. Within a few weeks I had every penny back including 8% interest, which nicely paid their fee.
That is what I call a result!

Two posts within 2 hours - this is a blatant plug for these people.

You don't need to use a claims company - the templates will lead members through their claim.
  • Hi I received this letter really thought it was junk mail so almost binned it , something told me not too and too fill it in as I did recognise CPP title from some years ago, after filling it in received another letter with forms, to fill in, sent them back and in a few weeks received check for £353.00, better in my pocket than theirs, so do fill in these forms if you should receive them good luck
