Can I claim additional interest that I paid as the cost was always taken via my credit card account.. I am probably more out of pocket than the 8% covers.
Full redress is a refund of all PPI paid plus attendant interest plus 8%.
You can "claim" no more than you have received.
so I believe there should be interest due too.
    You believe wrongly.
Also in one year it out me over limit, so other fees were incurred too.
You took yourself over your card limit, CPP have no liability for this.
    claim from the card provider?
You won't receive any extra interest, nor will the charges incurred from exceeding your card limit be refunded.
